I have lived in Monterey County for 50 years but only dined at the Sardine Factor a few times. What a mistake. This is really a quality establishment with wonderful ambiance, terrific service and really great food. I especially appreciated the attention from Jimmy, the host, and Chris, our server. I had the caesar salad (brought to the table with iced cold forks) and the miso infused butterfish. Terrific. Now, I will certainly plan to retun to "the Factory" as often...
Sardine factory is both elegant and delicious. Tables in the lounge are on a first come basis where the other rooms require reservations. All options are great. The food and the service are perfect. The wine list is massive and each sommelier is friendly, knowledgeable and available to add details to each selection. Book now!
Excellent service, everyone was so kind and made our night so special. The food was incredible! Suggested getting the pasta DaVinci for one entrée and the roasted sardines as an appetizers. And then end with an espresso martini!
