This place was recommended to me by friends so I was excited to give it a try. I ordered take-away and got a very precise 12 min. The service, both on the phone and in person, was great. The place was nice and clean, and my pizza was ready in the promised 12 minutes. The pizza had a nice thin crust but it was a little burnt on the bottom. It also didn't hold a fold without flopping at the end while hot. I guess that's the difference between a Neapolitan style and the coveted NY style, NY style holds a fold and isn't usually burnt because of the lower temperature and longer bake time. The sauce was good you could tell it was made in-store and fresh, it just seemed a little "thin". I wish it had a little more body and spice. I got a cheese pizza because if a pizza place can't make a decent cheese pizza is in the wrong business. The chese was perfect, it was tasty, there was plenty of it, and it caused long melty strings. I had to wait until the next day to review, because it's important that pizza taste good cold, too. This pizza was pretty good cold, too. The sauce was still thin and may have absorbed into the crust, but cold it could hold the fold. This is better than a lot of West Coast pizza so i'll probably be back, it's a good value for the price- 7/10.

The pizza here is the best that you'll have this side of the Mediterranean. We've had pizza in Naples, Florence, Rome, New York, and all throughout California and this is by fsr my favorite place in the COUNTRY. Danica, the owner/chef pizza crust is PERFECTION. Soft and crisp, flavorful and not too thick nor too thin. The toppings are Always High quality and we love the fennel sausage and White truffle sauce. You can't miss this little gem.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan options abound.

Ordered today for the first time. A spicy vodka sauce pepperoni pizza…because I LOVE a good vodka sauce on pasta, so why not on pizza? And I think I can say this is one of the most delicious pizzas I’ve had on the peninsula. Sauce - 10/10. Crust - 100/10. Some of the best crust you could ask for if you like a more Neapolitan style dough versus American. I can’t wait to try the Margherita sometime because a classic Margherita is usually my go to. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Absolutely horrendous experience! I ordered three pizzas online, only to arrive and find out they had given my order away to someone else. When confronted by the two women who seemed to be in charge, instead of apologizing, they had the audacity to accuse me of scamming them by trying to pick up the order twice. Might be the worst customer service on the Peninsula and their lack of accountability is appalling. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this amateur-hour pizza joint at all costs. They clearly prioritize passing the blame rather than satisfying their customers.

Love, love, love this spot for delicious pizza. This woman owned establishment offers artisanal pizza, delicious ice cream to take home, vegan options, take and bake pizzas and lots of local charm. It's a little pricey if you are feeding a bunch of kiddos who may or may not appreciate the deliciousness of this style of pizza but I ? recommend for foodies looking for very well made pizza.

We have ordered tricycle pizza a few times for takeout and it is always delicious! We usually order three toppings, but you can get whatever you want. The thin crust is done to perfection and sauce tastes handmade. Eat in or take out, you won't regret it.

Wow...snuck in a piece on the drive home because I couldn't resist the smell! First time trying Tricycle and can easily say this will be our new go-to pizza spot in Monterey. We got the spicy vodka pepperoni pizza. Absolutely delicious! Already dreaming about getting it next weekend!

Amazing super soft dough gotta love a pizza chef that uses a Forno Bravo Ovens the customer service is amazing this is a dinner restaurant unique hours but always greater with a smile and excitement.

Pizza was great. Minimalist sit down area available. Kids got hangry, then devoured the mushroom/cheese pizza in record time. We grown-ups enjoyed the combo supreme. We visited just after the new year and an employee gave each of our kids an apron/chef hat combo gift! We've had a ton of fun playing "pizza restaurant" and the kids have now made Tricycle Pizza a household name. Thank you!
