We've always enjoyed coming here with our daughter when we come to visit. Food and service are typically good. However, today my daughter ordered a latte. She took a sip and said it was too sweet, and sent it back. She did not ask for a replacement. When our bill came, the charge was still on it for the latte. We asked the waiter about it when he cane to collect payment, and he said his manager had refused to remove the charge. I worked in the restaurant industry for over ten years. In all that time, and in my decades as a customer, I've never seen a restaurant refuse to remove a charge for a dish or drink that wasn't to the customer's liking. Now, if she'd downed half of it then sent it back, keeping the charge on would be understandable, but that didn't happen in this case. I hope for the manager's sake that keeping the $7 for something my daughter didn't drink was worth it. We will not be back.

Great base of food options. The chefs' salads are substantial. Great coffee, nice sunny patio to enjoy your meal. This is a great addition for the entire Ryan Ranch community and any locals that ride , bike or work nearby.

Everything there is delicious! I am so happy to have a place to grab something quick in Ryan Ranch. Just wait until my wife see's the credit card bill. :)

Awesome local place to grab great coffee, cappuccinos, lattes etc and great pastries for breakfast. I love their sandwiches for lunch like their Mediterranean sandwich with eggplant on amazing bread. Really nice staff as well. So glad we have a breakfast and lunch place in Ryan Ranch again!

I just got their chicken artichoke wrap from them - the location is new and I have never personally been to their down town location so I was new to the cafe in general - but I was pleasantly surprised by the portion size and side aioli that came with it. Seems perfect for a quick lunch grab.

We were the first customers for their opening downstairs and everything was delicious! We got breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches and coffees. Staff was so welcoming and friendly, will definitely be coming back!
