Incredible experience at Pho 100! From the moment I walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphere and the tantalizing aroma of simmering broth set the tone for a fantastic meal. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect without being overbearing. The pho itself was nothing short of phenomenal. I ordered the classic beef pho with rare steak and brisket, and the broth was rich, fragrant, and perfectly balanced—clearly simmered for hours with just the right blend of spices. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and lime on the side added such a vibrant touch. I also tried their spring rolls, which were crispy, fresh, and paired perfectly with the peanut dipping sauce. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. I also loved the little touches, like the option to customize spice levels and the beautifully presented garnishes. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. Whether you’re a pho aficionado or trying it for the first time, Pho 100 is a must-visit. I’m already looking forward to my next bowl! Highly recommend!
