I love this place. Go all the time. It is a little expensive depending on what you order but food is delicious and staff are always nice and friendly.
Vegetarian options: Their tofu is good and so is the miso soup
First time here, but will be the last time. Got a half salad half rice base, the salad was yellow/ mushy and sprouts were riddled with mold.I dismissed it at first thinking it's pretty common to have salads with a bad leaf here and there, but this is what I had to pick out by the end in the photo for half a bowl. The fish wasn't the worst, but still far from fresh. For $15 a bowl, I'd like to not eat mold please. The other hygiene concern is the restroom. There are two restrooms, one was out of order, the other needs to be propped open when not in use. But there's no soap inside the functioning one, which makes me wonder if staff will properly wash their hands before serving. Judging from the quality of the food, I have my doubts.Thai tea was good.
Ordered the salad with 2 scoops of spicy tuna and various sides to choose from (seaweed, edamame beans, bean sprouts, masago, green onions, etc) and sauce of choice. Delicious, light and filling meal with generous portion sizes.
The food itself was great, but it seemed like the portions were small. It didn't cover much for it being three scoops for $15.99. $1.50 for avocado is about what I expect. $2.50 for additional scoops after three. The sides were half of half. Overall we would say the food is good, but could've been more for that price even with the free Boba tea's.
Kid-friendliness: The kids bowl was very size efficient.
Fish tastes like it's store bought; not sushi grade (had the salmon and tuna). Portions are also small. Had the guava water which tasted diluted (not much guava flavor).
Food was good. One restroom was out of service. The one available smelt horrible like sewer gas and the floor was sticky. Service was ok. They are normally short handed bit the line went quick enough.
So disappointed waited till 11 and they come In at 11 plus the food would be wait time till 1130 so what's the point opening at 11 make at 12 the manager needs to set something for his employees if the grill takes its time to even order food why have them clock in at 11 they should get in there 30 minutes before opening for the start up SMH
I was craving a poki bowl and luckily enough I came across AhiPoki Bowl off of Day St. which is an easy find; centrally located around shopping. The food was decent but unfortunately I went during a heatwave in southern Cali which caused their central air to cease working..even with the extreme heat they did their best to work under those conditions. The food was properly stored and kept under cold conditions so the inside temp didn’t affect the food ?.. I grabbed a fresh bowl with spicy salmon and tuna luau topped with almost all the options everything looked delicious ? so I said, “Why not!”. Honestly the service was amazing and her patience given the temperature in there and I was new to the restaurant won me over and is the exact reason I will come back and I why I recommend it.. give it a try and hopefully your experience is met with cool ? temperatures.. coming back soon.. thank you for the service
I would rate a 5 for their service but it was 97 degrees inside. Poor employees and my self where sweating. I went in for some food 2 days prior to todays visit and the AC was still down. Other customers where complaining as well.
Used to come here on the weekend and recommend my friends to visit as well. But pretty disappointed on the recent visit. Not only they have increased the price, they also seem to be cutting portions as well. The large does not seem large any more. There is no complimentary water as well.

I love the food SO much , but the service is so BAD,? I really hate going they are very unprofessional. There is always an issue. They run out of stuff or don't have it prepared or if you order online they burn your chicken... Every time I go without fail there is an issue.
The quality and flavor of the salmon is very off. It tastes partially cooked even though it’s supposed to be raw and looks white-ish. The wasabi citrus sauce has no wasabi flavor. The guava drink tastes like a watered down jolly rancher made with artificial sugar. Not sure why this place is so highly rated on google maps. Very disappointed.
Went July 29th around 1:15pm, I had placed an order online around 12:30 and when I arrived my order wasn't ready so I had to wait to the point where I should've just ordered when I got there, I thought I would've been able to just walk in and get my order but I had to wait about 15-20 minutes, which kind of sucked bc I was on lunchOther than the wait, food was good and staff was nice
found a long straight strand of hair In my rice and pulled it out of my mouth. so nasty
I love the different options you have to put in your bowl and for the price it's a good deal 1 bowl could definitely feed two people! The atmosphere is nice and comfortable very spacious. I got a thai tea and it was just as delicious! The service there is very friendly and prompt!Update:Come here after every Costco trip. Our favorite place to go in Moreno Valley service is always great and everything always seems fresh!
