We ordered catfish, fries, and gumbo, but the gumbo had a gravy consistency with no rice or chicken, just vegetables, and the catfish tasted like grease. Additionally, the fries were undercooked. After calling for a refund, they initially agreed, but upon returning, the manager refused, claiming they remain the food. Despite the cold food upon our return. When questioned about the refund policy, the manager responded sarcastically, “ I can write it down for you if you like”. Ultimately, we had to switch our order, and the manager dominated the conversation. While prices were reasonable, the poor quality of food and customer service was disappointing.

Place deserves a higher rating. We stumbled into this place because we were craving crab. Kicking crab didn’t open yet and to our delight, we were just in time for happy hour. From the top to bottom, the place was great. The specials send big bag of seafood for $42-$48 and the sides were so good. 12-3pm is happy hour so you get a small discount on appetizers and such. Overall, really happy to have come here. Their hot and house spices/ sauce were so good. Ate a ton. The crab was cooked perfectly and the potatoes

First of all the atmosphere was not good. And we had a party of 12 and the gratuity was very high and the service was not worth 18 percent. Now on to the food so far 3 put of the 12 got sick. I live in Las Vegas and I would Not recommend this restaurant to no one at all.

I been to many seafood restaurants and this one takes the cake for the Seafood boil. They have daily specials and we were told we can have any day. This was a Sunday and I got Tuesdays special1/2 lb shrimp 1/2 lb crawdads 1/2 lb snow crab 2 potato’s 1 corn cob I believe they gave us more than 1/2 lb on the shrimp and crawdads.The crawdads were good size not the small ones like we usually get, these had a lot of meat compared to other seafood boils I have had at other restaurants. The cajun seasoning was the best tasting that I have had. The service was fast and friendly. We will definitely be back I’ll like to try there sushi but also get me another cajun boil.

We went on a Sunday for my son’s birthday, it was our first time to visit this establishment and we did not know what to expect, there was nine of us and it wasn’t very busy . The food was excellent and the service was perfect I had the fish and chips with haddock everything was wonderful and I Will definitely be back thank you very much to the Alaska crab

Our first time here. The atmosphere was fun, loved the decor. The service was incredible and the food was amazing. We had the Friday special on a Wednesday. You can order any of their specials any day of the week. We had the crab legs, shrimp, clams, potatoes and corn. The crab legs were delicious and the easiest to get the meat out of the shell we have ever had. What a fun experience! A shout out to our server Ariel. She was great! We are going to bring the whole family next time we go.
