We walked out this time. We waited to be helped a long time, then pushed the service button on table and still no one came. After having 2 other issues the last 2 times we went there, that was it and we walked out. Not sure if they have new managers or none at all, they need better training, and customer service skills, and the hostess should be letting staff know they seated us. We watched 3 different employees walking around not doing a thing and avoiding our area. Sorry but we wont go to that Alllebees in Moreno Valley again.

Rating on the curbside pick for now only time I'm eaten here. I placed the order and called to have it push back a few mins because of traffic, which they did. I did let them know my arrival time but still had to wait about 20 min because one of the meals was incorrect. The server was nice and offered me a drink while I waited and updated me on the status of my order every 5 or so mins. The food was overall good, but fries were lacking in the porpotions about 8 fries. Overall, it was good and caring service for what I ordered.
We usually enjoy Applebee's but our last visit was terrible! The host was not very helpful and the server was rude! Really not happy with them Possibly not return

Normally i have a pretty good experience i normally attend the one in hemet at apples bees but today was kind of off I understand it’s saturday and there’s rush after rush but that doesn’t mean to treat people some kind of way. When i went to the hostess she asked for how many and i said 8 with a little baby and she goes “so 9?” in an attitude and i just laughed and said yeah but it’s a little baby and she said “that’s 9” in an attitude again the wait time wasn’t bad so we appreciated that. our waitresses actually pretty nice. except they messed up one of our burgers and they kept bringing out the wrong food to the wrong table and the manager came out and insisted on arguing with me that she was right and that we did in fact order something when I just didn’t know who ordered what then I proceeded to hear her say it again to the table next to us arguing that she was right. Not in a mean way but the arguing was excessive. I work in customer service and even though it isn’t always true the customer is always right!

This place was great, they served you super fast, the food was hot, many times I visited it with my family, the staff was super friendly, but there were such drastic changes that everything was damaged by the staff and the change of manager damaged the good review of this place, with this I say everything and If you have questions, visit the place👎🏻

I gave it 4 stars only because it seems like they don't have any different menu items or many. But the good was delicious. The waitress was awesome. Made us feel comfortable.
I ordered take out,parked where i was supposed to,and no one came out. I had to go inside and get it myself and was still expected to give a tip. I give tips gladly when there is good customer service,there was no customer service to speak of at this location.

The customer service was, unfortunately, lacking. We were seated and left waiting over 10 minutes before being acknowledged by our server. After another 30 minute delay to place our orders, we were served the wrong dishes. It took an additional 15 minutes to receive the correct items, and despite the extended wait, our drinks were never refilled. We ended up paying and leaving, thoroughly unimpressed. A truly disappointing experience.
