Pretzel not as good as their competitive counterpart. I only went because I had a gift card. Also they refused to serve free water. I don’t know if it’s only this specific location doing that or if all auntie Annie’s do it. When I go to their competitor store (none in this mall), they give free water.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the service here definitely deserves 5 stars. Gerald was so attentive, friendly, and really went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. And those almond pretzel bites with caramel dip? I’m totally obsessed—seriously, they’re like heaven!

These workers are AMAZING some use to be my regulars at the coffee shop I use to work at. Always fast, helpful and friendly. I truly took them for granted as the Tyler mall location has NOTHING on them. Food is actually edible (not raw) and tasty. So happy they got a remodel as it’s way more vibrant!!!

Prices sky rocketed just like everything else.I bought the pepperoni pieces in a cup that came up to $7.75, almost 8 bucks.It's not worth the money. Plus, they're hiring illegal immigrants. A young woman around her late 20s didn't understand any EnglishI asked her how much the pretzels she didn't understand and asked me to say it to Spanish. She's in my country so I don't need to speak her language. I got frustrated and left to purchase something else. I just might call the The immigration office.*hire people that speak English not just Spanish.
