I ordered my food on the app so it would be ready when I got there in 30 minutes. I arrived about 3 minutes past my scheduled pick up time. But they said they were still making it. I checked back 15 minutes later and the young guy at the counter said it was almost done. I asked him why it was taking so long. And he just smiled at me. Then they gave it to me a minute or two later.
This was the worst service I ever got at any Bakers drive-through! So I won’t go there ever again!

The food here is amazing. Great food place in the IE. I love the tostadas, and the food is always warm. The past few times I’ve came I’ve received great friendly service from Ellen I believe? Sweet young lady. Name tags are hard to read, but it’s clear all the workers care for the customers. I’ve been to other bakers where the employees are rude, but at this bakers they are always nice and welcoming. Speedy service as-well. I recommend the tostadas and tacos.

Friendly staff, fast service, but your food is actually cooked, right? They don't just rush it. I feel like they have the best cheese burgers in the world.And I just wish they would have more locations!!

I always go here work right next to this place and order a meal for my son to take home to him and they didn’t put the french fries in the order and only gave me the drink and the burger. They don’t have a way to contact them. I understand mistakes can be made, but they attitude at this location is bad
It was a great place to eat and great customer service. NOW, Zero customer service... Gotta wait for the one Kiosk to order. Customer was having difficulties with kiosk, manager was too busy to help, I guess, as he just walked away! Two guys standing around, i'm guessing managers, can't take orders... just points at kiosk or said someone will help you when they can, pointing at drive thru folks who have their hands full handling the drive-through. Walked out, won't be treated this way. Bakers management needs to correct the lack of customer service as they pay the bills! The big sign on the service counter TELLING customers how to order is overwhelming and shameful. I don't work at Bakers.

? Customer service is not existent here now that they have a touch screen at the counter to order and have mobile ordering. No one asked if we needed help or if we had any questions. We needed help because the touchscreen wasn't taking our reward. We shouldnt have had to ask for help when the associates at the counter can clearly hear us saying it's not working out loud. No one said welcome we'll be right with you or anything! And mind you the manager was there too. The only reason we didn't go through the drive-thru is because both me and my husband wanted to use the reward we both have and sometimes drive-thru can be petty and say only one reward per car ? so that's why we got off and ordered instead. Our meal came with drinks but they didn't give them to us so we had to tell them ?♀️
