When we walked into the store, the woman working behind the counter(HER NAME IS NAOMI) completely ignored us. She continued talking to someone and never acknowledged me or my husband, no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing.
We stood there waiting to be helped, and she still refused to speak to us or even look in our direction. It felt intentional and disrespectful, and it gave us the clear impression that we were being racially profiled. After being ignored for several minutes, we ended up walking out without ever being helped.
This experience was humiliating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. We go out to enjoy time with our family, not to be ignored or treated as if we don’t belong. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and addressed immediately. Staff should treat every customer with basic respect and courtesy, regardless of race.
Please let me know how this will be resolved.

I love a classic ice cream spot and this Baskin-Robbins location is my favorite spot to visit.

This Baskin-Robbins is nestled in the Town Gate Center just south of the 60 freeway and west of Frederick St., next to Sherwin Williams.

They offer many ice cream flavors including rotating monthly flavors, pre-packed ice cream, ice cream bars and sundaes, ice cream cakes, and frozen beverages.

The employees work hard here and are always helpful. I also like that they keep any ice cream with nuts altogether in its own section of the display case.

They have a couple tables inside the store, as well as outside.

My most favorite BR flavor was Beach Day, which came out last summer (July 2024). It is Salted Vanilla-Flavored Ice Cream with Milk Chocolate flavored Caramel-Filled Sea Turtles - the absolute best and I wish they would bring it back. My next favorites are a tie between Gold Medal Ribbon and plain Jamocha. I would love to see the plain Jamocha offered as a pre-packed quart.

This shop is usually pretty clean when I come in, too.

Overall, great place to visit when you’re craving some classic ice cream in any season, rain or shine!

Tried this BR location for the first time to pre order a 16 pack mini cone for my son’s birthday tomorrow. So disappointed. Stated they couldn’t have a mini cone order ready with almost a full day in advance. Drove to the Perris location and they were able to have them made and ready to pick up by noon the next day. Clearly this location doesn’t understand how to work efficiently like the Perris location.

Great customer service but I found a dark red strand of hair stuck in my ice cream... The workers should start wearing hair nets please!

Came at 10:39 they're supposed to be open at 10:30 but the door is locked. No biggie, they might have forgotten to unlock it. I can hear music blaring from the back. I tried to call and can hear it ringing but they don't answer. As I walk away I see a lady come out to the front and meander around. I call one more time from my car and she just jets away back to the back. Lingered till 10:48 to see if she'd unlocked the door (I just drove 20mim to take my daughter here as a reward) and she still never unlocked it or came from the back.

I enjoy coming to business where they have a big smile and welcoming feeling my son has been having a hard time at school brought him to his favorite ice cream customer service is great ice cream is delicious

Not friendly and no one smiles behind counter, it’s like they’re being punished! Not all are like this, there are a few that are friendly!! Not enough workers, ignored by another, might have been manager or owner. Always liked this location over the other location!

I got a cake for my baby boy we had cut when we discover hair , took it back and they said can can give me 1/2 of the money back because we had already took the other 1/2 ?

We were in the area and decided to stop by at this location. We ordered a milkshake and ended up with a "juice." We nicely let the girl know that it was really liquidy, and all she said was,"That's how it's supposed to be, it just depends", not making sense at all. We usually go to the Perris location and never had an issue with their milkshakes.
