So it’s Tuesday, October 28. I went in like I typically do every morning I ordered. I ordered A sausage, egg cheese, bacon, croissant,a glazed twist, and a soda. She Tried to charge me three dollars for a canned soda. I put it back even though she didn’t want to and she Had The audacity to tell me oh you don’t have money long story short I got my food. I left got a drink a dollar tree went back to eat. My Croissant and it was missing bacon I politely went back and I asked them to add bacon I could tell they were bothered, but I told them just give me the bacon. I’ll add it is fine. They said no it’s fine. They put two super cold strips. I literally touched them and I told them what is this. Why are you giving me cold bacon? It’s nearly frozen she got bothered and started talking Chinese. It pissed me off. I literally just asked for my money back. She gave me five then six then seven dollars. The last she threw at me the reason why she gave me attitude was because she thought I ate the bacon I wouldn’t waste my time for two bacon strips, I walked out. I saw the owner. I got him. He sure didn’t care. It was very disrespectful the way that went about it. Besides the flies they have all over those donuts the women there have no manners I’m sure there’s a lot of other people that have good experiences But they should treat everybody equal with respect I will report them. I do not know how they have an A report holy moly donut shop from Friday after next has way better service than them and less flies to 😂😂😂😂😂 I kinda choked a little could’ve been a fly, but who knows I’m not gonna lie a while back. It was good. But now I’d rather get those ones from 7-Eleven 😂 I don’t gotta worry about telling them to save the flies and the spit🤢🤮

This place isn't a 4 star nothing the old owners would be so disappointed. The doughnut taste horrible and the customer service suck!!! This place needs to close down put something better there!! A better doughnut shop!!!

Had came to this donut shop before about three times, it was good until my forth time, one morning in August 2025, went for half a dozen, I was excited to get some donuts when 2 flies were all over the donuts expiecially the sausage egg and cheese croissants. The lady was about to take my order and im looking at the flies and she looked like she was just ignoring until I was like eww I see some flies in there and she was trying to get them out but yet it looked like she knew for awhile and just cause I said something she acted like omg I have to get them out. But yeah they were all over in and out of those croissants! Eww I felt bad for who ever was going to buy that or donuts cause man that was disgusting!

Came here today July 17 & the lady charged me for 5 donuts being filled donuts (extra 50 cents each ) even after she entered 4 of them she added an extra one. Now hear me out. If they need to charge extra they should just include it in the price. Don’t steal from customers for things they didn’t even get. If I had got anything els I’m sure she would have up the price. U see people who look like they have some extra spare change to spend n u do bad business ? No thanks I won’t be back. Ever lol the donuts were heavy and break easily. I just got them to sing happy birthday to somebody we didn’t even eat them. Again. I do have a few extra dollars and constantly support small businesses but I just felt like that was rude n disrespectful of course I didn’t say anything if she needed the money that bad she was willing to lose a returning customer on her. But just beware what they charge and what they charge you. I’ve been to plenty donut shops n love them in their own ways. (Only the powder strawberry & custard filled were filled ) the dozen cost 14 something plus tax anyway. The breakfast sandwiches look like they are frozen meat n egg but they leave them out in room temp ? Seems disgusting

This place use to be great... good donuts Great Coffee, would make if ask for fresh coffee...... But now things have changed....use to to seeing owners daily....now just rude service nasty donuts ... seem to have more efforts in the sale of .......heck maybe it's in transition from donuts to a somethingelse.. Whatever the case rude service is just unprofessional....

I’m honestly baffled by all the people who like these donuts. These were garbage, ice cold like they had been refrigerated from the day before. The glaze on top wasn’t hardened and was soggy so they all wiped off on to eachother. Waste of $20, super bummed because we just moved here and tried this place for the first time and the lady working was friendly, but I’ve seriously never had worse donuts.
