My wife and kids picked up some burgers and jambalaya fries for the first time. All of us loved the food. The jambalaya fries were amazing and we especially like the seasoning. Will be back!

How are you going to be closed on a Saturday afternoon, i drove from LA, it said that you're open, do better, settled for Tortas de Sinaloa.

The lady with the black and blue braid's was very rude and NASTY? she spit in the trash right in front of me and my friend face ? we was waiting over 15mins for nothing cuz when the lady that's preparing the food is spitting right next 2 the food it's definitely time to get the hell out of that NASTY place

The cashier with braids was very rude and nasty she literally spit in the trash while preparing food smfh me and my homegirl was waiting for over 15 mins

I finally had the opportunity to stop by and place a quick order, and I was happy I did. ? Great flavors on everything. I'm definitely going back

Food is good very good. I give it 5 stars but the customer service is not so great. I mean if i am spending $40-50 dollars on 2 meals please don't have a nasty attitude when asked a question. Not everyone there's rude but this one lady was nasty and this is not the first time either. I really wanted to cancel my order but I already had paid. SMH try and support our people and this how they act. Customer service is everything she needs to remember that.

Ordered two Jambalaya fries today via DoorDash. No where on the menu does it have bacon listed as an ingredient. Received order with bacon as garnish and throughout. We had to discard the food due to the bacon. Please do not add ingredients that are not listed. This could have been a medical nightmare for us if consumed. I have called the establishment 4x no answer.

Our fries were cold. I asked for no cheese several times when placing my order in person but got cheese, couldn't eat it.

So, I tried to get this for lunch the day prior. Arrived at 1130, the place didn't open until 1200, people were setting up though. We ordered from Fufus. When we finished they still hadn't opened. I wanted to try this place so I decided to come back to the following place when our lunch would start at 1200. We arrived and the restaurant was open and the cashier had just finished with the one customer that was ahead of us. We ordered our food and didn't receive it until 1250. They had one order ahead of us and 2 orders from door dash. The orders from door dash arrived when we did and didn't get their pickups until after us. I was in a sour mood over this. The cashier was nice and courteous but the 15-minute window was a bit unrealistic, especially when she was the only one visible for 15 mins.The food. We all enjoyed our food when it came out. I got the smokehouse stack with the Jambalaya fries. The smokehouse stack was well-seasoned and really good. Now the Jambalaya fries were amazing and alone were worth the price of admission. I and one other person got them and found them to be fantastic. Everyone enjoyed their food. The team at Billis just needs to hire more people to expedite the service and meet their opening times.

Lobster big Azz burger with jambalaya fries was the best burger I’ve ever eaten. Perfectly prepared, presentation was amazing. I’ve been a sous chef, kitchen manager, line cook, you name it I’ve worked it. This place makes art happen on your taste buds.People leaving reviews about orders taking a long time………. They are filling orders from door dash, wait your turn. Good food is worth it. Don’t want to wait? Order ahead. That’s why your waiting. Because the FOOD IS THAT GOOD!!

Great road trip find! Take a few minutes extra to drive here instead of in n out. When you pull in and don't see the sign for this place, you know your searching for a hidden gem. It's in the "Food Court". Great burgers and fun people running the joint.

Looks very good but is not! The chicken wings were raw inside and the bone was still bloody !! This place had me sick all night . Looks delicious but it was a No for me respectfully
