BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

This exact location has been my favorite for YEARS, but tonight's experience was very poor! I suggested this place to my family to celebrate my brother's birthday and the service was just beyond terrible from just about start to finish.

everything was A1 customer service was on point. if you ever in town ask for a Bill ,he is the man. hands down best waiter in town

Server was the worse. Didn't listen to my order & when I brought it to her attention she doubled down & stated that the order was correct. She forgot to put in our appetizer order & claimed she wasn't clear on if we really wanted them. Several other things about her service, just don't feel like listing them all

The staff was great. We had a party of 14 and we were seated as soon as we arrived. There was zero waiting time. The table was set and ready for us to sit. The staff was attentive and accommodating. Our food arrived promptly and in order. Everything flowed very flawlessly. This was our first time there and the food was great! The prices are not too high and very affordable for the quality. We will definitely be returning. Also, we needed to modify the reservation an hour before our meeting time and the gentleman over the phone was very accommodating and informative. They were able to fit us in at no additional waiting time. Overall, it was a great experience.

They overcooked the steak; I ordered it medium, but it came out well done. I was initially told that the double bone pork chop was unavailable, only to later find out that it was indeed available after my entrée had already been served. The waitress provided poor service, and the quality seems to decline when the restaurant is at normal capacity.

The food was great! It all started on the right foot. But service was slow. The waitress took way too long to get drinks. Wine glasses were given with beer tulip glasses. Either bar ran out of glasses or neither bartender or waitress didn't know better. After that, the waitress basically disappeared after our orders were given. Someone else came along after we ate, we decided we wanted a few of the desserts- waited over 20 minutes! They still didn't come. But the bill did. So we got the manager, had them remove the desserts and paid. It was a poor overall experience.

Our entire table had issues with our food. Some was cold & some was undercooked. When we left I let the manager know we didnt have the best food & all she said was “yeah we've been having some trouble in the kitchen”. So they already know there are issues & still automatically charge 18% tip for bad food

Very busy on a Saturday night. Glad we had the reservation.Server was terrific. Food was very good. It was a birthday celebration so they gave us a free pozookie. An enjoyable evening.

We came to watch the superbowl and we enjoyed it. Great food and drinks. Great crowd and not so noisy.

My steak was supposed to be well done instead I kept getting it back medium rare eventually gave up and left it there

Great atmosphere, not long wait. Our waiter bill was the best & attentive, He took care of our needs greatly. Very welcoming and understanding. He always greeted us with a smile.

GET THE CARAMEL PAZOOKIE! Honestly, my dessert at BJ's was one of the highlights of my day. It was a hot cinnamon roll in a cookie pan topped with vanilla ice cream and caramel drizzle! It's ooey-gooey goodness that will satiate a cinnamon roll lover's fantasies.

FOOD: As for dinner, I ordered a “personal” pizza. According to my waiter it’s perfect for one person. Unfortunately, it was way too small and was literally a mini pizza similar to the kid’s menu version. I would order a size up if you’re truly hungry.

SERVICE: We were seated almost immediately, that's fantastic for a Sunday night! Our party got a nice circular booth that sat 5 of us comfortably with a good view of the bar and center of the restaurant.

Our waiter tried his best to check-in on us despite the busy night. He took our orders fairly quickly. However, I did notice it took the kitchen a while to prepare my dessert, almost 30+ mins?

Will I come back? Yes, I grew up near this BJ’s so it’s dear to my heart. I love the food at BJ’s as it’s always a great place for a night out.

We had William as our server for dinner and he was nothing but great! He showed us great customer service through out our stay in BJs. He deserves a raise!!
