I am a regular customer that visits atleast twice a week. When I walk up to the counter, they know my order. My favorite beverage is the Milk Tea Frappe with Boba. My husband's favorite is the Horchata Frappe Light.

This tea was honestly some of the worst I’ve ever had. All I ordered was plain black tea too. And for two of the smallest size, it was 12$. Wayyy too expensive for what tasted like weak powdered Lipton tea. So sad because the staff was really friendly and quick. But yeah don’t come here for tea if you actually like the flavor of tea.

The drinks tasted good and whatever they use for flavoring here is fine. However, me and my partner both got drinks there and we discovered something black at the bottom of both our cups floating around. He went to ask the worker what it was because something didn't look right. When asked if maybe it was tea leaves or something else, she said she didn't know. If even the worker doesn't know, that's an issue. I immediately did not drink the rest and had some stomach upset for a while. I would say try it if there wasn't a cause for health concern. I don't know what it was? But it was worrisome.

This place below mid. Boba St better. Cashier gave a lot of attitude as well as kept leaving to talk to people outside of the store. At times there were no employees. It took 15 minutes to grt our drinks when there were NO CUSTOMERS! I thought this was Boba EXPRESS, our drinks took forever.

My tea was good, but a lil overpriced for what u get. It was 13 and some change for 2 large peach iced teas.
They overfill the drinks leaving me to clean up the mess. Some employees are helpful but others are rude, and roll there eyes. Do they not train them properly??

A great place for a Green Apple slush! I was at the mall hanging out before a wedding reception so I had time to waste. I saw that this place had the Green Apple slush so I knew I wanted to try it here since it's one of my favorite slush. The employees were very friendly, the only reason I give 1 less star is because the cup was very sticky and it looked like they spilled some. My fiancée decided to ask me to get her a Thai Tea so I came back like 10 minutes later to get her drink. It was also leaking from the cup cover but I had paper towels in my car.

Possibly the worst place to buy boba from. I ordered the “Oreo shake boba” and asked the lady at the register if it was made with the actual cookies. She gave me a dumbfounded look and said it was powder that tasted like Oreos. I tried it and ended throwing it away after 3 sips.
