On April 9th 2024, me and my wife went to Buffalo Wild Wings after a while that we haven't gone due to the service and the quality and integrity of the restaurant has been downgrading for the past 7 years, we wanted to give the benefit of the doubt to Buffalo Wild Wings but I can truly honestly say I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired of the low quality of service and low integrity of this franchise restaurant, I hope the owner does something quick because yesterday Steve the manager highly disappointed me and the servers highly disappointed me as well, they never checked up on for a refill and I waited forever for napkins so I got up myself and got them myself from the bar area and Steve had the audacity to come up to me and tell me I took too many napkins from the bar area and I replied well Steve I don't have any napkins and you never brought me napkins so I got up myself and I was thinking about refilling my own drinks since I never got checked up on, I'm sorry Buffalo Wild Wings but I'm absolutely done with you.

Prices: Way too expensive for what you get.Food: I could have prepared it better in my kitchen with better ingredients served hot.15 dollar "ultimate" nachos are a joke. A small amount of cheap looking chips with a thin veil of liquid (cheese, I guess) with a sprinkling of small jalapeno pepper slices. Served cold.18 dollar "all American" burger is small and dry with a smattering of fries. Served cold.5 dollar sodas.I know they specialize in wings. Then why sell this other stuff?"We don't carry hot sauce" says the manager.That clinched it. Not coming back.It's a rip off.

It was extremely busy…The manager Blanca works extremely well under pressure and made sure we were satisfied. She gave us AMAZING customer service….To the GM help ur employees be more at ease by providing extra employees on busy “deal days” Thank you Blanca for being a great manager.

Came in for some late night wings which were delicious! Took a while for someone to come to us once we sat down in the bar area and althought they did clear the previous guests mess, they never wiped our table so added our own mess to the mess. Wings are always delicious, hot, and well seasoned. Drinks were good, although one was not made how we requested.

Had a take out order Saturday evening for the family and I. We drove 1 hour total there and back home. As we began eating our food I noticed a long brown hair in my food. I didn’t even continue eating at that point. I immediately called to let them know about this. I was offered a replacement for only 5 out of my 20 piece order. So I’m assuming the person who cooked my order didn’t handle the whole order? Only one box was chosen to have that wonderful surprise. That makes sense. No im not going back to pick up 5 wings. Thank you.

I've tried this place 3x, service is always slow. No acknowledgment by the servers, even after sitting there for 15 minutes. 20 minutes go by, no one said, " I'll be tight with you". No drink at our table... sad to say we got up and walked out. Ended up at B.J's, where service doesn't suck.
