Let me just say that I always been a BK girl and this is the only BK out here and I have gone there lots of time !!!! But the chicken sandwich,rodeo cheese burgers, fries was all NO damn GOOD ??? BUT them chicken fries was a WIN I had to rob my grandson for them ????? am not gone give up on BK cause the crew in there was new and slow I think they just messed up ??‍♀️ I'll give them a second chance to see if am still gonna be a BK girl ?

I came the other night through the drive-thru but three meals spent $43 and when I got home the meals were nowhere near like they should have been I called the number on the receipt it just wrong I left a voicemail on the message and two days later the manager he called me back came back up here and he made my order absolutely right and the manager's name is Dominic the general manager I appreciate the fact that he called me back

Well it starts with the manager. He is the nicer then any manager here. I can order more then 1 combo. All in different bags. With no problem. And now my bread is fresh every time. Thank u Mr MANAGER.

This place is awful now ..most times no manager ..last order no lie took 22 min. swear the girl.was om drugs ..nobody had no urgency whatsoever ..then to top it off the got order wrong ..cooks barley understood english

the older hispanic lady working the driver thru was sooooo sweet and nice and patient i really appreciated that. the computer wasnt working for her to take my order so that was terrible and needs to be fixed but she was very nice and she deserves a raise

The younger employees will give you a sauce for free. The older ones charge you 20 cents per sauce.

I don't know about you, but lately customer service employees are more short tempered than usual. An employee at this location answered my questions with genuine enthusiasm and did not sound scripted like half the other places. They were very professional and appeared to be happy to be at work. It was refreshing. The order was just as I asked and left with my 6 year old saying he LOVES it there.Good experience
