This establishment sells old & cold food to customers and when you call them on it, both assistant manager & manager lack the luster of good customer service!My family suffered last night because not only did we waste gas coming back 2 additional times to get our money back, and they didn’t even give us a Full refund, but because management lacks the knowledge to issue a refund!But my family also did not eat last night, because when we requested to have our order cooked fresh, management stated that their broiler was already shut down and being cleaned where they could not issue any more burgers, at Burger King ,Mind you, their whole establishment is built on selling burgers, and it was only the 7 o’clock PM hour, and they’re due to close at 11:00 PM.So just off of that response from management lets me know that they issue out old food regularly!Management did not offer any other options for food for my family to eat or for the inconvenience or just off of the fact that we came to your establishment to eat that’s the whole purpose.We didn’t come to hang out and gain new friends, we come specifically for one purpose. To EAT!My family will not eat at this establishment again!But we wanted to make sure the public knows that -Moreno Valley -Burger King -on Sunnymead Boulevard, has the worst management and food service in Southern California!Hopes this helps someone from making a mistake going to this establishment for Food or anything from this Burger King-Sunnymead Blvd.Question:I wonder what it means when Burger King has on their receipts: “Our goal is your satisfaction” ??Maybe they should change this business statement, or at least give us a disclaimer, that this is what they are trying to do, but have not accomplished yet at Burger King-Sunnymead Boulevard. I went to order my wife her cravings which at the time was a simple cheeseburger. Went through the drive through and personal was very short with his delivery. The time waiting for the food took approx over 10 min. Understandably but what made the worse experience was the food. The hamburger was dry and burnt. It was early in the morning so I believed it was left over food or maybe food that was sitting longer than allotted time. When I got home it was really sad day for me and my wife. She didn't eat it and to top it off the cost was about 20 dollars. For both our order which my burger was no difference. Very bad day today. Don't recommend you going and buying a burger at this location.

This is my local Burger King that I go to most frequently. I often come during breakfast hours for a coffee, hash brown rounds and their croissant sandwich. Now I know this is a fast food establishment so my review update isn't that they have a burger that is life changing. However, what they do offer is very fresh and made to order fast food which many places do not. Never have I received the wrong order, never has my food been old or sitting around. Every time perfection. Staff is wonderful and kind. I have never been inside the restaurant so I can't speak to that. However I do see them send people clean up the parking lot on occasion to keep the grounds clean. With I think might speak to the inside. Overall I would give them a 3.5 but they get a 4.

Stopped by to try the Impossible Whopper after not being at Burger King in years. The particular Burger King is clean although interior is bit dated. Impossible Whopper is all right. Burger patty is a bit thin but tasty. There are no vegan sauces and it can only come with Mayo which is not exactly plant based....fries are pretty bland and not salted or seasoned. Service was fast. All in all - I would say BK gets points from me on having vegan options and at the same time they need to add sauces to go with new choice. Otherwise execution will fall flat....
