Came here with my family yesterday and ordered three kids meals and they have the nerve to only want to give us one sauce. One sauce per order not per kids meal I ordered and then charge you $.25 per sauce that’s just crazy! how do you not give somebody who ordered three separate meals One sauce per bag only makes sense. Will not be returning. !
Placed an order through the app at about 6:45, got there at about 6:55. There was a cone blocking the drive thru, so the drive thru was closed, weird but ok. I parked and went to the front door, and it was locked. An employee sees me, and waves me off. So even though they allegedly open at 6. Come 7, they weren't actually open. Thankfully the app was easy to navigate in requesting a refund. Be wary of visiting this BK first thing in the morning. They apparently need at minimum an hour to prepare for opening. But sadly they don't show up an hour before opening to prepare. Just a heads up

Best BK we have ever gone too. Great service very clean my wife and I drive through Moreno Valley every few weeks we will only stop at 23125 Hemlock Ave, Moreno Valley, CA 92557.

I went to the burger King in Moreno Valley on sunnymead. I ordered 8 chicken fries the price said $3.99. When I went to pay they were saying it was like double Lee. I told the manager what the screen read $3.99 for 8 piece he said it was wrong the price and wouldn't honor it. That was just so misleading for burger King.

We went through the drive thru to get some breakfast and the cashier that charged us was so rude and looked mad for some reason. When we got our food she didnt ask if we needed anything else or sauces and we opened out food to smashed croissant sandwichs and messy!!!
