Let me first say that the woman at the counter had really great customer service ! But the food was a miss for me. My burger bun was pretty soggy & the flavor was not it.

The food was okay taste wise. The lady that took order was very kind. While I did think the food was okay, the value was not there at all. For 2 fries, 2 burgers, and 2 drinks we spent about $45. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant at that price, I won't be back.
Met Nicolas. He said he was the owner. If so, this was the worst service I've ever received from ANY Burger joint and I've been to a few in all my years. I visited recently with my daughter and she ordered the lamb burger, well done. Lettuce wrapped. First, they charge $1.49 to lettuce wrap your burger. Second, the burger took over 20 minutes to cook and she took 2 bites before noticing it was RAW in the middle. I told her to take it back, get a refund, we didn't have time to Wait another 20 min to remake the burger. She came back to me crying saying that he threw the burger away and refused to credit my card the money back. I couldn't believe it so I went in myself and asked for a refund to be put back on my card but before I could even say ANYTHING, not even one word, the owner started actually yelling at ME, saying he refuses to refund the 13 dollar burger and that I could call the cops. Well, I didn't bother with THAT, but I did immediately dispute the charges with my bank. He threw her food away instead of offering to remake the burger. Therefore, we got NO FOOD and he kept MY MONEY. Shame on you for taking money from a disabled old woman waiting for the Dial-a-Ride who never gets out to eat and couldn't even afford a burger herself at these prices but wanted to treat her daughter. I would be ashamed of yourself and not so proud of an owner. You're establishment is not that great. Just saying.
Parking: Parking is very far away from the actual buildingIt is in a mall parking lot. No parking nearby. No handicap parking or accessibility either.

They charge 1.50$ for lettuce wrap,I asked for lamb WELL DONE. and while, yes it stays pink but it was still raw.Everything was fine until I took 2 bites and saw how uncooked the pink meat was. He was nice and welcoming until I came in and asked for a refund and gave him back the burger. He said I'm the owner and he won't refund it. And told my mother I threw the burger at him when I set it down at the counter because he refused to refund. 13$ for a burger I took two bites of. Nickolas B. Just make sure the back cook isn't too zooted cause you might get a raw one too
