Service was great. Food was pretty good. Went for the vegetarian sandwich options. Love that they have veggie turkey, wonder if it's vegan. Small area to dine in. Really great service, which always makes me want to come back!

A delicious chicken philly and they accommodated my request for added lettuce, tomato, pickle. The Staff was friend friendly and handled a situation of an un-housed person harassing thier store front professionally.

Rule of thumb for a business- if a customer makes an ORDER and your staff messes it up be it by mistake or purpose, asking a client to simply drive all the way back to collect missed items, IS NOT OK.

Who will be paying my gas and countries drive for your mistakes?! The restaurants who had clear instructions and their solution to it is, oopsie, come back and get your fries, drink, or cranberry sauce?! Yes Bob, I'll drive 20-40 min round-trip to fix YOUR MISTAKE.

Please have better business etiquette and a conscious because going all the way back from something you dropped the ball on should be AT MINIMUM, a full refund.

Let's stop normalizing staff being untrained and making your valued customers pay for your mistakes w both gas, time, and a bad eating experience.

If you mess up my order, that I paid for, and you are not cheap- and your only solution is come back and get it, once your food is cold and ruined, and time and gas? Stop.

I love Capriotti’s. They are one of the best sandwich places ever. The service is the (BOMB 💥). And that manager is the best at what she does, very friendly and is a total sweet heart. . Can’t get enough of that place. Keep up the good work. . Thanks to all of the staff there for giving us a sandwich place to enjoy 😊. .

The quality of the Hot Bobbie has drastically declined in the past few weeks. I’ve had 4 pick up sandwiches now with no cranberry sauce (ordered on two different occasions on a weekday evening). I called the first time to see what happened and they said they likely mixed up the order, and told me to go back and they would give me the cranberry sauce. I was understanding. Mistakes happen, but I did not make the 30 minute round trip drive for cranberry sauce. But this means they did not run out, they just didn’t add it. Today, my husband ordered it again, and also no cranberry sauce. This sandwich is very dry and disappointing without cranberry sauce. If you’re picking them up, check your sandwich before you leave. They seem to be adding less turkey and stuffing too. Very disappointed. Here are pics of no sauce plus the previous one with sauce which we liked for picnics or hikes. Don’t think I’ll be able to keep buying this anymore. They’re not cheap and they don’t honor the ingredients it’s supposed to have.

I did a review on how great it was previously. However, there wasn’t enough meat as advertised in the pictures. This time I went in and I ordered extra beef and I paid extra. When my name was called to get my sandwich, the lady tossed the sandwich into my hand, very rudely. When I got home, there was not extra meat in the sandwich. It looked exactly like the last time. You know this is false advertisement the picture say it’s loaded and it’s not. To make it worse, the lettuce and the onions were so wet that I had to take it off of the cheese before it ruined it. I did not order any oil on it, nor any mayonnaise, so it did not make the lettuce and the onions like that. The tomatoes were slimy. I had to put my own lettuce and my own onions on it to make it taste somewhat better. Totally disappointed, absolutely disappointed!

$20 for a mediocre sandwich is ridiculous. The guy took our order completely wrong, he was clearly not paying attention. The lady was nice enough to take the untouched sandwhich back and provided us with the correct one. Too pricey for basic
