I'm a regular on the weekdays and today, Saturday, I had the worst customer service by Allison. She said that she's one of the managers and after today's experience, I don't believe it!! Today was the second time Allison has taken my order and both times she has been RUDE and ARGUMENTIVE!!!!

When I saw that the Cali XL was $5.99 I've been coming in to get this great deal! And every time it's always tasted like it was FRESH, like off the grill fresh. But today it tasted like was sitting there for awhile. So I asked Allison for another one that was fresh. Instead of just saying ok I'll have another one made, she stood there arguing with me,telling me that it was fresh and that another would be exactly the same way. I said that I still would like another one. And I'm glad I did because it tasted sooooo much better. I don't know what they did but this time it tasted FRESH!!! Way better than last time. I had NO complaints.

Another thing I did not appreciate was Allison complaining Loudly about me to another one of her coworkers as I was walking away. That was so UNPROFESSIONAL!!! All because I wanted FRESH tasting food???

As customer, when you get food that's fresh food like it's cooked to order, you want to keep coming back again and again. But when you're treated RUDELY and someone is ARGUING with you, why would you EVER come back??? Not only does someone comes for the food but they ESPECIALLY come back for how they're treated!!!

I don't know if Allison is a new manager or not but she DEFINITELY NEEDS to be trained again on customer service. Or demoted until she learns from her other coworkers of how to great customer service. Because I've always received GREAT customer service from everyone else except for Allison.

10 dollars for a spicy chicken and a kids drink. And not only was it expensive the service was terrible. Rosario the cashier was so rude for no reason. Said she couldn’t give or sell me a cup of hot water.

this carl’s jr i do not recommend. Lady working the front does not seem to know what she is doing and can barely speak english. She got my order incorrect and never repeated my order back to me. She was wearing a number for her nametag which was strange. This lady is always a problem when we come this location. Do not recommend as they also take forever. Took about 15 minutes to get my two combos.

I came in with multiple big orders from the Carl’s Jr. App. A PERSONAL ORDER FOR MY FAMILY AND I. Got here, Not only was the dine CLOSED EARLY, (its supposed to close at 9pm I got here at 8:51pm and tried the doors and they were LOCKED). So I had to go BACK AROUND THE DRIVE THRU, AND I THEN WAITED. Then finally when someone asked me “what can I get for you” I told the lady Elly that I am here for a mobile pick-up order under “Firmly Grasp It”, and she then proceeds to tell me… “Oh no the car that just left in front of you already picked that up” and I let her know, “What? It’s my OWN PERSONAL ORDER?” May I add that I PAID USING 1,500+ OF MY OWN POINTS, AND $18 AND SOME CENTS OF MY OWN MONEY FOR THIS ORDER. It was 3 Cali XL’s, 1 large fries, 2 zucchinis, 1 spicy chicken, 1 Oreo shake, 1 large cherry coke with no ice. She said she would call her manager VILMA; and VILMA SAID THEY CANT REMAKE THE ORDER AND I HAVE TO CALL BACK TWO DAYS FROM WHEN I ORDERED TO CALL HER, OR I CAN CALL CORPORATE FRANCHISE STORE SOME OTHER TIME? I EVEN SHOWED ELLY MY RECEIPTS FOR ALL OF MY ORDERS AND MY EMAILS THAT I GOT FOR IT AND SHOWED HER THE NAME, PHONE NUMBER, AND ORDER NUMBER AND LOCATION. AND SHE SAID SHE CANT DO ANYTHING AND SHE CANT REMAKE ANYTHING OF MY ORDER. SO I LEFT EMPTY HANDED, $18 WASTED, AND 1,500+ OF MY OWN POINTS GONE WITH NO REIMBURSEMENT OR REFUND. THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

The place was spotless — seriously, A+ on cleanliness. But the customer service? Yikes. The woman at the counter snapped the bathroom code so fast, with so much attitude, you'd think we asked for her PIN number. Multiple people had to ask again, and all got the same eye-roll treatment.

When it came time to order, she rushed us, didn’t mention any specials, ignored us for the drive-thru, and answered questions like we were ruining her day.

Girl, if you hate the job that much, take a break. Your eyes deserve a vacation from all that rolling.

The Happy Star Kid's cheeseburger meal had too much mustard on the burger, and the bun was crunchy/stale on the bottom and very chewy on the top. I believe that it was microwaved and for too long.

I came in and asked for a freshly cooked famous star with cheese and what do you know it was delicious messy and yummy excellent Customer service from the Manager as well. It’s kind of funny there’s always women cooking and I’m thinking maybe that’s why the food is always so awesome thank you girls and back as well.
