Got a spicy chicken sandwich and natural cut fries. Can't finish the sandwich because it tastes funny. Lettuce is brown, and the fries were old like it's been there all morning. But clearly, it has because I got the round hash browns to prove it. $4 dollars for some old, cold fries is crazy & $4 dollars for the chicken sandwich with brown lettuce. It's trash!

I was in this location today January 27 at 3:50 p.m. and I have to wait Long time only for two bugers and the employees putting my order in last place when I arrived first than the drive thru people that’s no correct no respect the turn of the customer and when I went to go to the bathroom I can’t use it because it was so dirty that’s not aceptable from a company like Carl’s Jr.
Vegetarian options: It’s more or less about the ingredients.

Went thru the drive thru and ask to pay for the difference for a different fry and they said no , asked if i can refund my order and pay for what i wanted to get and they said no , like the meal was still going to get paid in full … doesn’t make sense why they couldn’t do it ? They aren’t loosing money if ima pay for it …
