I just visited the one 19360 Van Buren Blvd ,I had the most horrible of my experience I order 2 meals wish they ended up in a different table when I told them what they bought to me wasn’t what I order the employer took the right food to them they wrapped the burger back and gave it to me when I complained the manager said it was my order I said it was the same one the other gentleman opened he said no I witnessed it was the same only fresh fries he was very rude to me I don’t understand why the put such young people as managers is they don’t know what respect is I left the food on the counter left upset and hungry and no money back.

Carl’s Jr: Where mixing two shake flavors is apparently a violation of company policy.
Walked in with a real mind-bender of a request:
“Can you mix chocolate and strawberry?”
Her response?
A robotic, dead-eyed “Not right now.”

Not right now? What, is the shake machine on strike? Are the syrup pumps unionized? You’re standing right there, five inches from the lever — but that second pump was just too much?

Look, if pushing a button twice instead of once is where you draw the line, maybe food service isn’t your battlefield.

I left immediately. Took my money to a place where the bare minimum isn’t treated like rocket science.
If you’re craving disappointment with a side of laziness, Carl’s Jr. has a shake for you — just not the one you asked for.

Walked in asked about the deal that's advertised buy burger get another for a 1$ , I was like cool give me 6 then was told could only do 2 ,so I said then give me 2 then the Manager whispers to lady only 1 ? No restrictions mentioned on sign but I felt like the were scamming so left they lost a big order since we were 4 so I left and went to another place with a better deal. I don't understand were customer service has gone but keep the corporate attitude I'm sure your sales will be great being disingenuous to customers 👍

My issue with this particular location is that it doesn’t matter how much or how little food I order, they will have me park in the front to bring the food out to me.
There doesn’t even have to be another car behind me. They’ll still have me move without fail.
This is frustrating to deal with.
When I’ve complained, they have claimed that it’s because they’re making my food “fresh.”
Isn’t it supposed to be fresh either way….?

First time here , amazing customer service was greeted by Salvador was very patient with me letting me look over the menu, burguer came out in less than 2 minutes freshly made and he even took the time to bring me the food to my table 👌 will definitely be back soon

On 10/12/24, I received three cold double burgers combos when the car in front of me received three kids' drinks and fresh hot food. I believe this manager is biased and needs to be investigated. Every customer deserves fresh hot food.
