I went to the store and redeemed my points from the app and the person in charge declined two of my orders. They are my points. I earned them. She also said my dad or husband always come here. Not knowing my situation. Just assuming. She was very rude and with a huge attitude. She also said I'm not welcomed there because I redeemed my points???
I have no idea who this person in charge is, but maybe the owner needs to look into the people they have.

This place is the worst... Went for breakfast on my break from work ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo.. asked me if the order was correct on the screen... I replied yes it was 1 sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo.. paid left stopped in the parking lot to check my order and it was wrong I had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit.. this is the second time that they had done the same thing... and they get $20hr to mess your order up.. so if you go ( I wouldn't suggest going there to anyone ).. Check your order before you leave stay at the window and check it...

Cashier was rude. Definitely made it known she doesn’t want to be there. No greeting just “order when you’re ready” followed up by a bunch of “ok.” Didn’t even open the window enough for her whole arm to take payment or pass the food. Crazy how y’all make minimum $20/hr with that type of customer service.

I have dine-in before, It's a chill and quiet atmosphere. I usually get drive-thru or carry out.
Vegetarian options: I mean, it's Carl's Jr. Hamburgers. Maybe a lettuce wrap burger, fries, and zucchini is about it.

Parking: There is plenty of space to park. They also have a semi truck, trailer and RV parking.

I work for uber eats and KARINA was incharged on 11/18 at 1am i went to pick up a order, I see the cone in the drive thur no big deal I go to the door and knock no answer, I called and after the third time of me calling she would pick it up and not say anything and hanging up on me.... so I said are you not full filing orders she says well here's your order! SO IT WAS ALREADY READY AND YOU ACTED LIKE THAT AS A SHIFT LEADER!?!?! Wow she said they are not allowed to answer the phone due to scams!!! So just pick it up and hang up and everyone? Ummmm i have it all on video sent into corporate this place needs someone more professional in charge! As she says proudly showing her name on her sweater " go ahead make a complaint I don't care"

I always get asked to pull out of the drive way or to back up and pull back to the window the service here is slow and they forgot to give me a burger so I had to drive back
Didn't have a good experience at this Carl' Jr. Ordered a big carl light on the sauce and requested no onions, instead I received a big hamburger with onions. I wouldn't have minded the hamburger if it hadn't had onions. My wife ordered a el diablo cheeseburger single and received a el diablo double. It was a waste because she can barely finish a single patty. This ruined the entire experience.
