Great experience at this Carl’s Jr. location. The service was quick and friendly, and any associate at the register was patient and helpful. Our meal was fresh and delicious — the lettuce wrap was made perfectly, and the onion rings were excellent. Everything came out just the way we ordered.
A solid spot with reliable quality and great customer service. Definitely a place we’re willing to return to.

Wait time is insane, it’s like a restaurant, it’s not fast food it’s way too slow every time I come here, slowest carls JR ever, I been in line a long time dude, all I want are chickens trips and fries

Super disappointed with our order. We ordered one 5 piece tender REGULAR meal, and one bacon western REGULAR meal. The fries were so hard when we got home they tasted as if they were double fried. The chicken tenders must have been fried in old oil because they tasted awful, like old grease or something. Complete waste of money. Our total was $32 and some change, for two REGULAR size meals. The cashier had us back up to reset the drive through timer or whatever, and I'm over doing that. If you can't get the items out in the time you're supposed to, SOMETHING IS WRONG. Avoid this Carl's, not worth the money and the food is terrible.

The prices at this location are crazy high compared to others
This location is one of my favorite locations , their customer service is always on point and my food is always done fast and let’s not say delicious definitely recommend this location .

On June 30th, around 6:30 pm, I visited Carl's Jr. for the first time in years and ordered a chicken sandwich. Upon taking it home and unwrapping it, I discovered that the bottom of the sandwich was covered in black mold. This disturbing finding immediately triggered a gag reflex.
I promptly called the restaurant to report the issue and requested to speak with the manager. The staff member, Melissa, informed me that there was no manager on duty at the time, only a shift person who was unavailable until 7:00 pm. Despite my request to hold until the shift person returned, Melissa declined, and when I asked again at 6:59 pm, she put the phone on hold without returning.
After being disconnected, I called back twice, but no one answered. When I blocked my number and called again, Melissa answered and claimed to have spoken with her manager, Carman. She told me to call back the next day at 9:00 am to speak with her.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of this situation. The presence of mold in my food is unacceptable, and the restaurant's response has been inadequate. I intend to pursue this matter further.

Let me just tell you about their app their app is not that good ended up spending more money trying to get the reward offered thinking i would be enjoy a nice rewarded meal but no that was not the case i was inded mistakenly wrong like wheres the reward eight thousand thumbs down i. Ny opinion i wouldn't download it if you haven't already and the cashier attendant help the app cheat rob and steal more money from me trying to get my reward I hated the whole experience mind you i haven't ate their and such a long time and after this experience it will be another long time Carl Jr's you failed me on satisfaction

Ordered a PLAIN Famous Star. This place can NEVER get it right! I’ve been here 3 times and the 3 times they’ve messed up my order! I can’t even go back and tell them they messed up because I go on my lunch break! It’s very frustrating. I would not recommend this place if you’re in a time frame.
