As a general rule, I NEVER go to restaurants in gas stations. My buddy said "trust me". Good decision! It's a small place, but clean and pleasant. The al pastor tacos were delicious. The pork was tender and juicy. The cilantro and onions were fresh and crunchy. The salsa was freshly made and just the right amount of heat. The rice and beans were loaded with flavor. The staff were friendly and engaging. I'll be back!

They have the best refried beans in town. The last time I had beans, this tasty was at El Farolito's and Pink Taco. I've tried other dishes, but I'm stuck on their beans.

I've been eating Carmina's food since I was 5 (33 now), back when they were next to Rene's Bar and Grill on Filaree. For my being half Mexican, my White side shows through though.. ? I always get a bean and cheese burrito and the shredded beef tacos, sometimes a quesadilla. In my opinion, best in town!
