This place has good Philly cheese steak sandwiches only if its the (old fashion). Service is good but I barley got any fries and not enough meat on the sandwich. $18 for a regular..... too expensive. Would have been satisfied with $15 meal. Over priced food for very little bit of food given.

Went in on a Saturday night it was very busy but the staff was very attentive from the moment they first took my order they were very friendly and efficient my food was excellent been coming here for years and never been let down it’s very hard to please us as customers but this staff works hard and does a great job

We ordered bone in wings. The #4 but they gave us boneless wings. Completely missed the mark on the order. The place is filthy and doesn't look like it gets cleaned from day to day won't be eating here again.
The atmosphere in this place was terrible. I might want to order more foods but since the employee (Asian lady) didn’t wait for me to finish my order, I decided not to. Employees should show respect to their customers and politely ask “is there any more they want?” THAT is the way to bring positive atmosphere to your customers. Work like you want to be there, otherwise don’t work at all.

Everytime I come to this specific Charley's they mess up my food. It's like 1/5 they'll get ur food right. The people who work there are always really nice, except the first time I ever went, so the customer service isn't a problem. It's getting ur food right. I asked for a Philly cheese steak with no mushrooms and it has pickles on it. I just don't understand. That's not on the menu under the item is it? It just ruined my whole day cause I've been working 8 days in a row and finally go to the mall to have fun and eat something I like and then I get home and it has pickles on it and I can taste it even when I take them off because they marinated and soaked into everything.

Recently came in to order food and wasn't greeted and started off straight with an attitude from the male worker. This has happened twice now and I love coming here because the food is the best around. It’s really unfortunate that this can be allowed so often and it destroys the reputation of a good place. I hope this can be a learning experience, especially coming from someone who works in the food industry as well.

So I just left at 7:20 they told me I couldn't order there fries the old school fries it's Monday and it's not supposed to close till 8 she was rude telling me that they are only doing drinksand fries but when I asked for the old-school fries told me no 40 minutes before closing time
