Ordered through a delivery service. Was my first time having charmers. Ordered burgers, onion rings, burritos and even a sandwich. Food was great but they provided no hot sauce, ranch, ketchup, Napkins. On what planet do you eat a burrito with no sauce. I won't be eating here again.

Just got a steak dinner which came with refried beans, Mexican rice, french fries, onion, orange, fried zucchini and a large salad. The steak was tender and everything was well seasoned. My only complaint is the portions were far too large. Couldn't have been more satisfied..

Charmer's is a decent establishment. The restaurant is clean and inviting. There is always seating and ample parking.As you approach the counter, you are bombarded by 5 screens of menus. It is a lot to take in and can be a bit overwhelming. They offer breakfast lunch and dinner all day. It's is very similar to Farmer Boys. It wasn't until after we paid for our meal that we noticed a tiny sign on the counter that said "We charge a 4% fee to use a credit card. Cash is appreciated."Service to the table was slower than most. For 4 burgers, it took about 10-15 minutes. Our order was complete and accurate. If you do order anything custom, for example just beef patties or chicken patties it does take a bit longer.When the food arrived, it was hot and fresh. Accept the burger patties. They, unfortunately are frozen. Yep, you would expect a restaurant with the name burgers to serve up fresh beef but unfortunately they do not. With that said, the burgers were cooked to order but lacked seasoning.Overall, my rating is a 3 ⭐⭐⭐ all around. Primarily for 1) slow serving, 2) frozen beef patties, 3) charging you a 4% fee to use a credit card.

I ordered some food an hour ago from the restaurant to get dropped off, I specifically asked for them to hand me the food at my door, they dropped it off and the bag was open, and on the floor on my front step.. if people are this lazy how can they be able to clean their own home..smh
