They greeted us very poorly. Asked us to write our name and told us we “have “ to wait outside. Not could you please or any type of courtesy. Just go outside. The 2 people working at this place seemed extremely stressed out. The young kid was sweaty and I felt rushed. Refills I had to ask for them.Definitely understaffed.The food was very good though. I think if I was ever to eat here again it’s take out for sure.

Server Tyler is awesome, the food on the weekend is really good. The food during the week is not so great. I guess I will be coming on Saturday and Sundays only. It would be nice to see the owner in the restaurant during the evening hours. The place was a ghost town.

Everything was so good! The aesthetic was older, and that's why I knew it would be good. The pasta dishes felt like Grandma was cooking. The sauce was so fresh, they must grow the tomatoes in house. The pizzas were flying out of the building too, so they must be awesome too.

Ever since I was little my dad had brought us home Chicagos deep dish from here, and I went back after a long time today and it was just as delicious as I remember, with the same feel good family oriented atmosphere. Prices are still great, portions are HUGE for the price, especially nowadays, and the service was excellent! I was served by Tyler and Johnny, and they were so personable, attentive, made great suggestions, and overall a pleasure to have as servers. Overall a very heartwarming experience. Can’t wait to come back.

My waitress stole money from my card and gave herself a tip! The owner didn’t do anything about it even after I gave my evidence his worker stole money from a customers card!
Just went for the first time. Received excellent customer service in spite of the fact that they were very busy. We ordered the hot wings and the Chicago special pizza-with pepperoni and veggies. Both very excellent and very filling. If you're not a big eater, one piece of that pizza will fill you up because it's so thick ??? Definitely plan to go back

This place use to be my go to for pizza. Call to place an order and no answer, so I went in to place an order. They was not busy at all to not answer the phone. Placed my order for a stuff meat lover pizza, got my food and the pizza was cold. Don't understand why if I had to wait 30 minutes for them to make it. Waste of money. Never again.

This is not Chicago deep dish. It reminds me of Giordano's and that's not a good thing. Coming from a Chicagoan. Ordered a beef sandwich, wow. It's plain, boring and just basically a roast beef sandwich. As much as I don't choose Portillos, definitely go there for a beef sandwich. Truly disappointed.

Obviously they can’t keep up with volume or who they seat.we waited 20 minutes to be greeted for drinks then another 26 to have our order taken. Then an hour after that our single pizza still wasn’t done so we asked them they said 5-10 more minutes so we left. We watched every single table around us served bread and we were served none or even checked on or updated. Do not come here unless you plan to be unattended to or have all day.
