Terrible service we made our order and the waiter asked what we wanted to drink my wife ordered a coke and I ordered a Beer a few minutes later some weird guy came to our table with a really bad attitude and said they do not have anymore of the beer I ordered so now I’m confused he did not offer any other alternative and he just walked off then our waiter asked what happened and apologized because he should’ve been the one to inform me of that and offer an alternative. Then the manager came and apologized for the bartenders attitude. So the bartender came all the way from behind the bar to tell me this with a bad attitude. Now I’ve never in all my years had a bartender come to my table like that. If I’m sitting at the bar yes I’ve had bartenders tell they no longer have a particular drink and offer me something else. So after all that I canceled $80 dollars worth of food and asked for the check with was for the coke which we did get and some salty chips and watery salsa. $11 dollars the manager made no attempt to fix the situation at all, and of course they sat us all the way in the back by the Kitchen and bathrooms I will never spend a dime there again nor will I recommend this place to anybody.

Everything was good but it did suck when I asked one of the workers if they can sing Happy Birthday to my daughter and they said Yes but they did not.so it did suck for that reason not going back on anyone Birthday.

Not a great experience let alone a good one. Went with family and had to wait 45mins to be seated (not terrible at all). We were sat down and it took 10 minutes before our server greeted the table, and another almost 20 minutes before we received our appetizers. I was given my salad with no utensils to eat with. Our server did not come back to the table so after about 15 minutes went by we had to flag someone down for utensils. Another hour passed and we had still not received any of our entrees. We asked to speak with the manager who seemed like she was at her with end. The restaurant close at 7:30 on a Saturday night because they were running out of food. We decided to leave without getting our food because as I told the manager had we been communicated with things would have gone a lot better. There was zero organization and the poor host was taking the backlash from turning guests away when it should have been the manager up front. Not a good night for Chili's.

Had a positive experience here before, this latest time we ordered, waited for over an hour for the manager to come by to apologize for the long wait for our food. Was told they had run out of items, and that they were trying hard to get food items out. We decided not to wait for the rest of our food after having the first course as by this point we had been waiting for an hour and lost our appetite. They ended up shutting the restaurant down early, which unfortunately did nothing to help either the folks who were waiting for a table nor those waiting for their food. We won't be coming back.

Alyssa was superb at her job . She truly made our experience wonderful . Manager Christina is always a pleasure for our visit. Her visits to our table making sure everything was ok it a sign of a great manager making sure every part of the restaurant experience was great .
