Save yourself a headache. Mobile ordering sucks. When you arrive to pick up ur order it’s never ready. Theres no line. People that walk in receive and eat their food before you receive your mobile order. Avoid mobile orders here. All other locations I have visited are great. Not this one.

I had a pretty bad experience at this location, with both their customer service and quality of food. The guacamole was so bad and definitely tasted like it was missing some ingredients. Also, I had requested extra rice (my understanding has always been that adding extra of the rice and beans was always free and it was only extra for double protein) and the lady was going to charge me 1.50 just for an extra scoop of rice! I asked if it was a new policy since I’ve never heard of this before and she kept dodging my question. This location is filled with incompetent staff who clearly need additional training on chipotle standards and policies. I was a regular customer at chipotle and will probably never be returning.

This specific Chipotle is routinely bad. Out of stock items, small portions, slow service, and mediocre taste compared to other nearby locations make me avoid this specific Chipotle location at all costs.

Girl was kind of rude.I told her they needed to change the tanks because the sprint was flat. I asked where the salt was because they used to fill it from the back and she just kind of waved her hand over in the corner

i hate the ppl at this chipotle. i can’t even finish what’s coming out of my mouth before they’re screaming “WHAT ELSE” when i was literally the only person in line. when i ask for chicken and they shake tf outta the spoon, so i ask for a little more and the lady with bad lip filler is telling me it’s double. it’s not double i just don’t want 4 pieces of chicken. i’m trying to make my order correctly and i have 4 ppl telling my something different cuz they want me to get out. during the interview process they ask how slow and how much attitude someone has, then they hire them based on how insufferable they are.

I placed an order for 5:30pm, I walked in at 5:32pm. I waited until 5:45pm and decided to take my business elsewhere instead of waiting after multiple people got their orders before me. I ask the cashier for my money back, he asks for my name and goes to the back. he comes out and says I must have the wrong store and tells me to check my phone. I proceed to show him my order details, he goes gets someone. she comes out and starts putting in my order and tell me to insert my card for my refund of $18.03 when my order total was $22.93. I show her my receipt and tell her that it was the incorrect amount, she tells me that the order was already made therefore someone must’ve stolen it?? I let her know that it’s not my problem and she asks if I want the refund of $18.03 or my food. why would I take $4 less than I spent on my original order?? I get my food and no “I’m sorry” or “I apologize for the inconvenience” so they don’t even check who grabs the bags? then proceeding to try to rip me off? that’s ridiculous.

Unfortunately the service has decreased. It seems as if the managers don’t do their job making sure employees follow customer service manners and knowing how to prepare the food. Food cost has increased, but they make it all salty at times and serve carelessly. Very disorganized ways to even get an okay value for the money.

They won't have anything available if you come within 2 hours of closing, if not earlier. Too many times we've walked out without food to be a one time occurrence.

Avoid portions are a joke. They take advantage of mobile orders to give you a kids meal instead. I ordered the meal why are you sealing it up with tape? I’m sure you can figure out who’s picking up their own food and who’s an uber or DoorDash driver
