My family loves Chipotle! This is a small restaurant but the staff was friendly and helpful.

I ordered on the app. Went in 5 mins early. They kept saying another 5 mins but They marked it it was ready on the app and later the chat bot on the app told I got my order while I was still in the restaurant and my order wasn’t ready. This rude employee told me if i cannot wait I can ask refund on the app. She cannot help me. After 35 mins I called the lir customer service for refund. Terrible location

I was in Chipotle this evening and saw a few disturbing things.
1. A woman brought in a dog that was clearly not a service animal.
2. An employee came from behind the serving counter to hold, pet, and have her face licked by the dog!!!
3. It may have been a supervisor/manager who should definitely know better!
4. She went back behind the counter, washed her hands and got back to work. Never mind washing her forearms where she was holding the dog or changing the shirt that had dog hair on it!
Just nasty!!! Definitely a health code violation.

Worst chipotle location ever every time I go there the employees have the worst customer service ever and are very rude for no reason besides the fact they’re always out of something and cheap on there portions even though you will pay extra

They really RACISTS. Don’t come to this Chipotle, worst chipotle experience ever! I’ve noticed every time I visit this store that the portion sizes given to Asian customers are noticeably smaller. I always only get a few small pieces of meat or barely any toppings, even when I order the same thing as others. This has happened almost every single time.

This was the worst experience ever at a chipotle. I’ve eaten at this location before and it’s been good but today I went in there and I ordered a chicken bowl and I said is that the regular chicken he said yes because it looked off to me. that’s why I asked. I’m like OK so then I get the bowl home. And the chicken is flabby and soft. It had such a bad texture and taste nothing like the chipotle chicken is supposed to taste so I tried to call the restaurant I get directed to an automated that says there’s no one available to speak to and that they’re gonna send me an email about my complaint about the food. Well they don’t have my email so how could they send a link-needless to say, I never got an email. I am going to call corporate. This was 20 bucks wasted.

NEVER order double anything in mobile app or delivery. You will ALWAYS get the tiniest portion if you're not there in front of them to enforce the double meat. The portions are already insanely tiny and so I thought I would start ordering DOUBLE everything but NOPE! still the smallest baby portions. If you're not there in front of them to enforce the double meat and more everything they will gladly take your money for double portions without giving you the double portions.
