Got a fresas con crema and the strawberries we're not good at all, paid $9.50 for a small. My kids got an ice cream, flavors were watermelon and lime and they were okay 4/10. Most likely won't be coming back. Customer service was good, very nice lady.

Sometimes convenience is not the best option! I decided to go here since it’s closer to my house instead of taking the drive to El Arco De Michoacán. I ordered tostilocos and the girl preparing them says “oh we don’t have cueritos” ok, no big deal I said. Then she said “we don’t have the peanuts” I’m like really? Ok, whatever. So then I decided to order an esquite then she says “we don’t have the cheese” ???? so then I told her I wanted a mango ice cream! “Ohh we don’t have mango ice cream” At that point I couldn’t help but to laugh! Mind you, I still went home with my wanna be tostilocos that ended up being stale chips with only cucumber and Valentina. Don’t waste your time coming here!

this is probably the worst michoacana i have been to. i tried convincing myself maybe they were having a bad day but literally every single time i ask for an esquite the corn is ALWAYS cold or they fill the cup with mayonnaise instead of corn, i literally paid $7.45 for some mayonnaise in a cup smh

This place really sucked, the "ice cream" was really stringy and nasty. They weren't serving shakes and didn't have many toppings for the banana split. The ice cream made me and my bff throw up. The place also have really bad customer service and was over all bad.
Scamming people & not returning correct amount of change. She closed the register right away and said she doesn’t have change and offered candy instead when i didn’t want candy I just wanted the change back and she refused to do it. The exact change was offered to her to get exact change back and she claimed she couldn’t open the register anymore. Not right at all. Should let the customer know ahead of time. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

This place is pretty bad. I got the tostilocos and it was just a soupy mess. I'm not a huge fan of the chamoy they used and it was just too watery. Made the chips really soggy. They pieces of cucumber was ridiculous huge chunks. We also got a banana split. Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate ice cream. The ice cream was okay, but it wasn't creamy at all. The chocolate sauce they put was really runny. It would've been nice to have fudge sauce. No nuts and no whipped cream because they were out... won't be returning to this location. Not to mention the wait was ridiculous! They only have 1 person working on a Saturday night.
