This place is a mess strategically speaking. It took forever to check in. The 1 medium stuffed crust pizza took 30+ minuets to get done. Half the games weren't working. The staff doesn't check that you are leaving with the right kids. I know they are more than likely understaffed and they doing their best but it needs so much improvement.

Brought my son here today 7/6 from 2:20pm to 5:30pm. It was pretty chill. Not too many people. Plenty of arcade machines open. They have a play pen for the kids to run around. They also have a trampoline. The food was overpriced. I payed 17.49 for a small pizza with 6 slices smh. I payed $50 total for unlimited play pen time & a 60min arcade card.

June 2025 . Over the weekend there was incident were adults were spitting on a children. ( not theirs) The staff there did nothing to prevent the event from escalating. We left after attempting to communicate poor behavior or adults . It’s very likely the adults involved are not in the country illegally as they were speaking foreign language. This behavior towards children is very abusive and lends toward pedophiles behavior .

I took my boys on a Saturday around 6pm at the Moreno Valley , Ca location. We haven’t been to this location in a very long time. The host greeted us very politely, this location is very clean. Jennifer the cashier was so sweet & fast so helpful. Most definitely will be coming back. Thank you again Jennifer. :-)

This place actually sucks because you have to wait in line when u first get check in for over 30 minutes just to order because there is only 1 worker working to help the people come in also they didn't had no worker to stamp the parents or the kids hands to come in or to leave which is against the law and also to make our food it took over 45 minutes wait to get our food which was a large cheese and olive pizza and the app sampler and the food quality was very poor because the food wasn't hot and it tasted nasty and also the service was very poor and the whole place sucked I don't recommend coming to this location at all because everything takes forever and is very slow

I swear dont nothing work in this place. Half the games are broken or taking your credit and still not working.. the workers dont even follow the kid hand stamp protocol.. the part to cash in your tickets broke down so we just standing here.. never again..
