I was wondering I am a Parent a Foster Dad can I come here with my kid's to celebrate their birthday party 🥳🎉? And do you guys still have the animatronics in like the parts and service room or something I am just curious because I am a Animatronics Fan you see I used to be obsessed with Robots I started at such a young age. It's like my strange addiction. So if you guys don't want the animatronics anymore I want the animatronics for my kids so they can watch they and the robots making my kids happy 😊😁

I went in today just left before they close and order a large pizza and frys.got there at 9:05. Didn't get my order till 9:58. They took to long, when I got home the frys were cold and box looked almost empty. I am very disappointed on the experience.

Where do I start. The manager Martin was following me around the store acting like I was going to steal something. When I ordered food he sent someone to make sure it was mine and I wasn’t stealing it. He was rude to his employees would not want to work with him. This manager has a staring problem and needs to be FIREDD!!!!! Never coining here again after this encounter.

I visited this location about a week ago and I had a good experience, what really stood out to me is the amazing customer service by a young man named Adrian! He was really kind, explained all package options when checking out, overall he provided extremely excellent service. Thank you to him!

We utilized our silver pass and gift cards so it makes it more economical. In terms of experience, great customer service when checking out . I didn’t get a chance to read the name of the young lady who helped us at the front desk. She was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. Also, the space and arcade was clean and the food was good. Thank you all for a pleasant experience with our son with ASD and baby.

Was just there between 5-7Usually this place is ok. But we waited 2 hrs for our food and when a family member went to ask about the order, the cook said we needa stop complaining and refused to get the manager. i had to step in and de escalate the situation because the cook was being disrespectful and some people wont tolerate that. Some people don't care much for a job and are very unprofessional. Obviously this location has lack of management problems.
