Chicken was tough and the okra was hard. You can tell it was old tough to chew.
Just drive past go to store buy and cook your own chicken.

Raised prices they removed biscuits from the 3 pice special. Chicken was over cooked. Seemed to have been cooked in old oil dis not taste right

Fix your phone system and I’m extremely unhappy why if I come in myself it takes less than 10 min to get food but I ordered DoorDash and it’s been almost 40? Get it tf together

Spent $55. Asked for ranch & honey mustard, chubby Hispanic girl at window had attitude and said I could only have 2 total (1 ranch 1 honey mustard). Fries were overcooked/recooked. 1st and last time going to that location.

So the food isn't bad. It's fried chicken. But my issue is with Uber eats and door dash deliveries. They don't have a system that tells them there's a order. I have to actually give them my phone and they punch in the order. I end up waiting around way longer than what I need to for the delivery

I would not suggest this particular churches chicken to anybody first of all their food is below subpar it taste very stale chicken is overcooked food and service was terrible toilet in the bathroom isn’t even bolted down. Went to go get a refill on my drink and they said they don’t give refills per management instruction Would not recommend this place to anyone me and my wife both had lunch there and spent over $40 for lunch and could not get a refill on our drink.

This location has the worst food, the worst manager, and it's long history of bad reviews say it all. The chicken is either undercooked, overcooked, cold, just never cooked properly. If you take it back, you will get an attitude and watch out for what replacement you get because they will give you a different piece just as nasty and if you take THAT piece back, they will say it is not the chicken they gave you because it is not what you ordered. Not sure where I would get a random piece of chicken in the parking lot (after gobbling up the one they gave me and must be desperate for another). Also, the coleslaw smelled like spoiled milk. Then you politely ask for a refund. The manager will try to give you a couple dollars (my order was $12.90). Then we go back and forth, and he puts $9 on the counter. Because I didn't bring the jalapeno that I didn't ask for back. I go get the expensive jalapeno and after it became obvious I wouldn't just go away, I finally got the $12.90 and was banned from the store. Like I want to return for more bad food and obnoxiousness. Do not go to this overpriced awful place. I gave two stars on service because the young men who work the counter were fast, nice, and efficient.

They messed up my entire order. And they gave me old chicken. They lied and said it just came up. I asked for three legs on one order and two legs with one thigh on the other. In total I got two legs and four thighs. They were young boys playing around way too much drinking soda

I Got the 16 piecesbmeal
The chicken was darkest brown it had bitter taste. Cuz it was cooked in old dirty oil. The reason why I know is that I work in the fast food chain. I've called more than 10 times and the phone goes directly to voicemail. It says the voicemail is full. These fast food chain are feeding people garbage. They're taking their money and they feeding them very unhealthy food. I will never ever come here again.

Horrible customer service... I don't advise eating here...

Yuck....no white meat, no condiments, chicken dry as the dessert. Brick biscuits with what I call a sealer on top. What happened to Churches ?
Don't waste your money....!

Garbage food . Just order jalapeño bombers soo oily , soggy not properly cooked on top of that missing dipping. Don’t waste your money here ….

Check your order before you leave!! I ordered 20 tenders only to receive 14, my biscuits and apple pie were not in the bag. Peppers were old and smushed :( $55 a wasted of money
