Went there today. Drove from Perris as we do not have one here. They forgot my biscuits. 😡 I went back and had to get in a line of like ten car because lobby was closed. I arrive to the speaker explain I am here for my missing biscuits, instead of receiving an apology at the speaker ythey asked me to pull forward with my complete order so they can verify. I pull to the window explain I drove from perris and did not bring my order to avoid my chicken from getting cold. I asked to speak with the manager because he is who handed me my order. Staff asked Hilbert can you come up here a customer wants to talk to you. I’m not sure what he said to them as I couldn’t hear. All I heard was the girl say don’t ask just come up here. I explained to him and we went back and forth regarding the biscuits. I asked him do you really think I would have drove 20 min to steal 6 biscuits! His response was some people do! Well not me I said. I also asked him why are you arguing with me? He said your right customer is always right I guess. No customer is not always right, but in this case I am. Very unprofessional. He was so mad he packed me 12 biscuits instead of the six I went to pick up. He insisted forme me to check my car. He stood at the window and sarcastically said you have a Merry Christmas! I just said thank you I will. I will not be returning to this location ever! Hilbert needs to retrain and learn good customer service skills.

Tortilla hard like a rock and the tender was old. I also ordered 3 tenders and they were hard to.

Today 9/4/2025 12:40 am, i came with the group of special needs person. One of my Client she was buy the food and she asking for the fork but she said the lady that work at cashier name Fabiola R been rude to her Asking what for the fork. Isn’t property question .
We love this Restaurant but we not agree with the people rude to the costumer

Burnt dry chicken drive through employees have attitudes in the two times I’ve been to this location they ran out of chicken on the first visit and on the second they gave me hard burnt chicken

Was there three different times, was informed by an associate about the survey on the back side of the receipt that allows customers to complete and be a validation code for 1 of 3 items to choose. So I completed the process 2 separate times with the receipt from the new purchase on the same day as the purchase and had no problem whatsoever nor was there anything spoken regarding the need or requirement to wait for any next order, it clearly states limit one per visit per day and I was refused this offer by an unruly and disrespectful woman named Araceli, I asked to speak with a manager due to this being a first occurrence and everything explained to me previously by the other 2 separate associates not followed, NOR is there anything on the receipt saying it cant be done on the day of purchase. Sad situation to experience
