I went for some ice cream but there was only one person behind the counter and he was not as fast. So I ended up just getting a smoothie in which that did not help him move much faster. It was pretty good though.
I absolutely love Cold Stone but today in particular there was a worker who had her children at work with her which I totally understand LIFE HAPPENS! But the kids were running around the store and going behind the counter. Then one of them reaches into the gummy bears and grabs some. It was really hard to watch without saying something. Then she stopped all the orders to make her kids an Ice cream cone. So just a heads up, don't get the gummy bears.

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter wanted cold stone ice cream last night 7/23/23. We were out running errands, and had 7 minutes to spare before closing at 9. When we arrived, there were people in line inside the store.My daughter walks up to a locked door. The associate in the store just gave her a smirk, as the customers inside looked on. She felt very humiliated she said. As we were leaving another couple walked up as well and was not let in. Hmm!! I wonder what there policy is? I work in customer service and we cannot lock the doors until exact closing time specified!!!!
