The store here is always nice and organized. Usually come here for gas, and since it gets pretty packed with long lines, I always go early morning during the week to fill up. I never wait more than 10-15 min in line but once I made the mistake of going a bit later afternoon and waited around 45-1 hr wait. Never again! Their gas prices are great that's why I continue to come here whenever possible.

I was returning an broken item at Moreno Valley Costco. However, they did not let me have the $163 refund in either in cold, cash or on a Costco cash card because it was not allowed. The manager with no red vest on, was saying that it was on the terms and conditions when I applied on the credit card application... It has to be refunded back to the Costco Visa, which will take several days... I had no issues with any other warehouses.

Rude staff! No customer service whatsoever! I was waiting my husband whose the membership card under and they (2 ladies whom I did not get to remember the names) did not let me in and 'kicked me out' No courtesy whatsoever.

Since the new year, I didn't want to renew my card not only bc of the crazy rules but I've seen the workers be so rude. Saw a very short man yell fuck off to a customer, regardless of the situation it looks awful on them. Also some seem miserable but others are very helpful. But yeah I haven't renewed since seeing the Costco worker yell fuck off to people. Also they need to make another Costco in perris to relive the crowd. I don't think anyone can shop comfortably bc of the crowds and if they fixed it maybe I'd end up buying more, I just want to Flea immediately everytime haha. Overall it's okay but I don't think I'll be buying one anytime soon as seeing a worker go crazy was the end for me. I'm glad to have bought at the time, it doesn't feel safe to me now.

Sorry Costco to put in this review. I'm a very loyal Costco fan and shopper, but what's up with the food court? I call in an order for two large pizzas. I'm told that I can't place a phone order. I never have this problem at other Costco's. Spoke with Lorena in person when I complained. She said that I'd have to order 10 to place an order by phone. That's dumb. Plus, I had to use a kiosk to place my order and to top things off the kiosk asked me to start if I placed a phone order? I wanted to select "Yes, I tried to place a phone order but the workers are too lazy to take it!" Unfortunately the kiosk did not have the option. Moreno Valley Costco needs customer service in their food court.

What's up: Needed to fill up before our trip and this Costco Gas Station was the most convenient one, right of the 60 fwy in the direction that we were heading. Environment: The place was pretty organized for a gas station. They had dividers/cones lining the route to direct you into two lines. There were a couple curves that were a bit narrow, so be sure to leave room for people to back up if needed. All three methods of verifying membership works! So you can totally pull up your membership on your phone and get that scanned. Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Overall, for a Costco gas station, this place was pretty good. The wait was not too bad and the separate lanes helped keep the cars moving. Credit cards and ApplePay are accepted.

Girl, that answered the phone was rude. I was requesting to order 8 pizzas, and she said it's 1st come, first serve. I was calling over 1 hr prior to needing them, and she said unless you want 10 or more pizzas, I'll take order. Otherwise, make an order at kiosk and wait. So rude, I go to many costco locations. I've never heard of this the san Benardino store and corona store did it .
Unmitigated disaster. Or rather your ability to deal with insane and unorganized lines will determine if you can seal with it. They need their stuff together. Seemed super unorganized.

The lines are usually extremely slow at this location because they only have 16 pumps opposed to 32 (other larger stations have). The gas techs do not help at all or direct traffic well. To alleviate this issue they need to make more pumps by knocking down the parking lot near Tire Center. Also people should utilize mobile app it's so much faster.

Bad Customer Service!I stopped by Costco this morning to return a kitchen faucet. I was the only one in the return merchandise area and the Costco employee looked at me and continued his casual conversation with another employee. Keep in mind, I didn't have a cart and was holding the box thinking it was going to be a quick transaction since it was so early in the morning. Sidney, the employee finally decided to acknowledge me after I started walking closer to the counter to put the box down. I asked him if he saw me and he didn't respond. I made the return but left feeling disappointed in the lack of customer service today. Costco, you can do better!

This Costco Branch in Moreno Valley is so ghetto. The parking lot is so tight. The snack bar is horrible. They sell hot dogs and pother quick order snacks but maintains only 4 table for customers to sit and eat. If space is a problem, they probably need to remove the snack bar because it tempts customers to buy and later on nowhere to sit. It is such an inconvenience. Now that the restrooms are being renovated, the degree of inconvenience is elevated. The portable restrooms were inoperative the day we were in (10//03/2023) and customers had to walk near the tire center just to go to the restroom OR go to WING STOP to take a leak. This branch has gone south that We decided just to go to SAM'S CLUB.Thanks... Robert
