Ive been coming to this crumbl since its opened and have experienced excellent customer service specifically from crystal. She’s very attentive and always greets me with a smile. It seems like a very clean store and would 10/10 recommend to anyone that is looking for a sweet treat.

Seriously disappointed with my Crumbl experience today. Yesterday afternoon, I actually found a hair in one of my cookies, which is pretty gross. To make things worse, I saw an employee working without a hat on, which definitely makes me question their hygiene standards. Not what I expect from them at all.
