Long line but the staff worked fast .

they were very very busy today and they were still so very nice and made my ice cream perfectly and generously. amazing service

Ordered a peanut buster parfait and chili cheese dog with onions and mustard, to go. They only sell hot dogs food wise. They don’t have onions and they only gave mustard packets. I had to ask twice for a to go lid for the peanut buster parfait. In Texas they are a regular (good) fast food unlike California. Very sad! Not sure how they make it in CA with limited menu and bad service.

I like Dairy Queen but my cones are almost always lopsided and never completely dipped at this location.

Always good. But this day went in for the matcha but they didn’t have it at this location. 😕

BEWARE!! I took my two young daughters to this Dairy Queen and ordered a chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard and I took a bite of what I thought was a chocolate chip it was a hard plastic piece with sharp edges. I contacted corporate and the owner of Dairy Queen Moreno Valley. Corporate basically passed me off to the Moreno Valley owner who took no responsibility whatsoever and has not responded to my email. I’m very thankful it wasn’t in my daughter’s icecream but it shouldn’t be in anyone’s icecream. It’s even sadder that this Dairy Queen can’t even take responsibility or respond to emails. Do better Dairy Queen Moreno Valley

I’ll never come here again night shift manager & employee very rude they both laughed in my face at the window I had order two chili cheese dogs and Oreo blizzard and they employee gone say I didn’t order it I’ll have to order it again in the drive thur manger name is Kaylah horrible customer service treat y'all customer right.

Very nice stuff.

Always great! And they have a drive thru which is convenient. I travel from Riverside to go here.

Sometimes the line for the drive thru is really long, but they keep it moving and never run out of flavors.

Busy, but staff were polite when helping customers.

There’s a constant rotation of employees which isn’t a problem, but when they’re not trained proper customer service it’s a problem. Almost every time I come to this location, employees are stuck up and rude. You hardly see a manager at the window. The last visit I had, there was not only 1 strand of hair in my blizzard but TWO!! This location seriously needs to step up the safety and cleanliness while serving. What happened to wearing gloves and hair nets while serving food/ice cream ?? If I could rate 0 stars I would. Beware & Take your money elsewhere!

The employees here are super rude and there’s multiple reviews here saying the same thing. As a manager you need to talk to your crew and make sure they are not being rude and disrespectful to customers. I will be posting about this experience on tiktok
