There’s a constant rotation of employees which isn’t a problem, but when they’re not trained proper customer service it’s a problem. Almost every time I come to this location, employees are stuck up and rude. You hardly see a manager at the window. The last visit I had, there was not only 1 strand of hair in my blizzard but TWO!! This location seriously needs to step up the safety and cleanliness while serving. What happened to wearing gloves and hair nets while serving food/ice cream ?? If I could rate 0 stars I would. Beware & Take your money elsewhere!

The employees here are super rude and there’s multiple reviews here saying the same thing. As a manager you need to talk to your crew and make sure they are not being rude and disrespectful to customers. I will be posting about this experience on tiktok

Had a banana split. Was good. Nice that it has a drive thru

so i was just here right now and when we ordered the royal new york cheesecake we said no strawberries because i am allergic…. and when making the order the girl kinda rushed us on drive thru which is fine because i understand it was busy, but when we pulled up and got our order it had strawberries… and i understand mistakes happen and stuff so we just told them that oh it has strawberries and that i am allergic … and when they closed the drive thru window they talked so much crap about me being allergic ( specifically the girl with the red hair and the glasses) saying such rude and mean things just … and we weren’t even rude to them … and when she gave us the right order she was trying to make us feel stupid saying next time we should’ve said if we had any allergies … but we clearly said when we were ordering… and lastly then i call to see if i can get a manager on the phone and im pretty sure when i called right now the girl was pretending to be the manager so i just hung up…. and if that’s the type of employees you hire that’s crazy … i could understand if we were rude but we were not … all for them to talk so much crap when they closed the window and yes we heard everything

Ice cream was grainy this visit and the last two. Use to be smooth and creamy! Are you not letting it process enough or changed ingredients? Not worth the price when it feels like your eating sand!

Deserts are the same as any other DQ. Their sizes are not filled as all other DQ's. If you order a large vanilla soft serve they don't fill it as you get at any other DQ.

The treats are always amazing but there needs to be a system for the mobile ordering. There is no designated pick up area so everyone just crowds the counter for general ordering and pickups.
