Whoever is running the show here at nights with the most out of respect, for y’all suck, you can never call to ask about your order even if they messed up, I completely understand that the food industry a very demanding, but one of it comes to have it at the same place and them not responding to the customer is a no for me. I literally wanted to call back several times and for some reason their phone is disconnected, I did not get a few items in my bag and it’s kind of messed up to that you expect the orders to be all right but like I said the two times that I’ve gone here at night they messed up on our orders. I hope I can get in contact with somebody other than the email, which is really old-school and odd to me . You’ll need to get your priorities

Just got some food late night and when I got home and a couple bites into my food as I was chewing I felt something hard and when I spit it out and checked I saw a small small piece of a clear hard substance that initially I thought was a little rock salt but it was super clear and hard and once I smushed it putting hard pressure with my knife it broke into really small shiny clear pieces like glass. I threw out my food to be safe but im almost betting it was 100% glass. I tried to call the business to ask if they use any glass to prepare food but the phone line is disconnected

Forgotten orders, skimping out on chicken soft tacos, and no salt on the fries. Called and notified manager. Respectable enough to offer a remake, I declined because I live far away. 2 stars for service to food.

Whoever the girl was at the window there this morning I just wanted to tell her thank you so much for her kindness and the amazing coffee she made for me :)
I just got involuntary terminated from my job and the little taco, coffee deal they have before 11 am and the chick at the window made a big difference in my motivation for the morning.

Came here this morning about 6:15-ish. Got my bean burritos the food is fresh and delicious. The person that took my order. He was very helpful. Made sure that I had my sauce and everything that I needed. I appreciate you guys doing a great job and I will be back. Thank you.
The portions seamed very small for the price. Service was fast and friendly but the food wasn't very satisfying.

The worst location. They will always mess up your order. I tried complaining to the lady, and she was upset I told her she was wrong. “Please don’t raise your voice at me” is what she said to me instead of listening to what I was saying. I never yell at service workers. Mistakes happen. You can tell she was on a power trip for being a del taco manager at night.
I wouldn’t care if it was every now and then, but it’s consistently bad. Bad customer service as well. Complained to corporate about this location.
