I walked in during rush hour to an empty dining room, started my kiosk order, and saw three employees standing around and gossiping amongst themselves. I just canceled my order because I didn't have any confidence it would be correct, especially when there is always something to do when working fast food.
I'll stick to the night time drive-thru.

Whoever is running the show here at nights with the most out of respect, for y’all suck, you can never call to ask about your order even if they messed up, I completely understand that the food industry a very demanding, but one of it comes to have it at the same place and them not responding to the customer is a no for me. I literally wanted to call back several times and for some reason their phone is disconnected, I did not get a few items in my bag and it’s kind of messed up to that you expect the orders to be all right but like I said the two times that I’ve gone here at night they messed up on our orders. I hope I can get in contact with somebody other than the email, which is really old-school and odd to me . You’ll need to get your priorities

Just got some food late night and when I got home and a couple bites into my food as I was chewing I felt something hard and when I spit it out and checked I saw a small small piece of a clear hard substance that initially I thought was a little rock salt but it was super clear and hard and once I smushed it putting hard pressure with my knife it broke into really small shiny clear pieces like glass. I threw out my food to be safe but im almost betting it was 100% glass. I tried to call the business to ask if they use any glass to prepare food but the phone line is disconnected

Forgotten orders, skimping out on chicken soft tacos, and no salt on the fries. Called and notified manager. Respectable enough to offer a remake, I declined because I live far away. 2 stars for service to food.
This place is super ghetto. They will only give you two hot sauce per burrito. Ridiculous!! it feels like the employees don’t want you to be there.

Whoever the girl was at the window there this morning I just wanted to tell her thank you so much for her kindness and the amazing coffee she made for me :)
I just got involuntary terminated from my job and the little taco, coffee deal they have before 11 am and the chick at the window made a big difference in my motivation for the morning.
