My wife bought food here in the drive through they for got to give her her fries.She went back they told her she had to take all the bags back. When my daughter and me her husband started eating the food at home. They made her understand that she wanted to steal . So to make story short they gave her the fries but not after giving her a very hard time they made her cry . She comes home while I’m eating and noticed she is crying. I ask her what’s wrong she said they gave her a hard time and scream at her.Then they told told her to go inside. I’ve seen other reviews and they are bad . Any one that have posted negative reviews need to email corporate that’s what I did as a supervisor. These employees don’t realize that because customers they have jobs .I filed a complaint online to corporate. Let’s see what happens I’ll give them 2 weeks to respond. I will post any response corporate give me here. I had to put 1 star because I needed it for the review to start but wanted to put 0 stars. This is the Del Taco near my house and it is so close that it would be inconvenient to drive to a different one, but they are so rude sometimes. There are a few younger girls here that are so sweet and chill, but every now and then i’ll get a worker who talks to me like i’m stupid and will mess my order up without giving me a chance to politely correct it. I work a hellish service job too, please be kinder to people

Ordered through drive thru for 3 meals come home find that I am missing one of my items, which was one of the burritos that I had ordered. Went back to the restaurant and they ask me which burrito I am missing and I told them not sure since they don’t put tags on them. Had to call my family member to literally open up the burrito so they can see what was inside. The whole time the manager I’m assuming is giving me attitude because I don’t know what burrito THEY forgot. While I’m waiting for the burrito to get prepared I see the cook using her bare hand to make it which I’m assuming is not up to par with their health department… lol place is a joke. Get new management that doesn’t get butt hurt over their mistakes.

I walked in during rush hour to an empty dining room, started my kiosk order, and saw three employees standing around and gossiping amongst themselves. I just canceled my order because I didn't have any confidence it would be correct, especially when there is always something to do when working fast food.
I'll stick to the night time drive-thru.

Whoever is running the show here at nights with the most out of respect, for y’all suck, you can never call to ask about your order even if they messed up, I completely understand that the food industry a very demanding, but one of it comes to have it at the same place and them not responding to the customer is a no for me. I literally wanted to call back several times and for some reason their phone is disconnected, I did not get a few items in my bag and it’s kind of messed up to that you expect the orders to be all right but like I said the two times that I’ve gone here at night they messed up on our orders. I hope I can get in contact with somebody other than the email, which is really old-school and odd to me . You’ll need to get your priorities

Just got some food late night and when I got home and a couple bites into my food as I was chewing I felt something hard and when I spit it out and checked I saw a small small piece of a clear hard substance that initially I thought was a little rock salt but it was super clear and hard and once I smushed it putting hard pressure with my knife it broke into really small shiny clear pieces like glass. I threw out my food to be safe but im almost betting it was 100% glass. I tried to call the business to ask if they use any glass to prepare food but the phone line is disconnected
