I just went through the drive thru and I don’t understand the guy who served me I asked for regular tacos and he give me snack ones🤬 then I asked for small fry and he charges me for a medium one 😑 this was very bad service and I will not be going back 🤦♀️

Not understanding how you have a restaurant that's open but you can't open or use the restrooms until 830am but you can serve food .. so no you may not use restroom even if you eating there food 😲

I ordered the fiesta pack, it was made to order and fresh. Staff was friendly and professional. Though I moved out of the area, I would recommend to go to this location.
Val is the best and the sweetest every single time that I come!! She really makes a difference in my day’ I love her conversation her energy and her customer service! I wish there were more Val’s in the world!! Thank you!

Horrible customer service!!!! And why did I pay extra for a large fries when it had the same amount as the regular fries. All the food was skimpy and barely any toppings! I think this is the last time I go to this del taco. Every time there is an issue. Red burritos had no red sauce, tacos were skimp and 3 layer nachos weren't even 3 layers, just white cheese and a spoonful of dry beans which didn't even cover the chips. More money for less ingredients, go figure. Stay away from this del taco. And the whole back up thing when no one is in line is to keep thier order times down, because they are taking thier time, not busy. I'm surprised with all the bad reviews, corporate hasn't come and done something with this place!! The one on elder is a bit better.

I love Del Taco, I miss it in Chicago 😢 I was so happy when my friend suggested we go through the drive-thru when I mentioned I was hungry 🌮
Churros and fries were 10/10 so good! I ordered the street taco with no meat, got charged for for guac but it wasn’t included. It was also missing cilantro. That’s the only real disappointment of the visit. Great location and fast service, other than the ok taco, it was good…just with a side of disappointment 😕
