Horrible customer service!!!! And why did I pay extra for a large fries when it had the same amount as the regular fries. All the food was skimpy and barely any toppings! I think this is the last time I go to this del taco. Every time there is an issue. Red burritos had no red sauce, tacos were skimp and 3 layer nachos weren't even 3 layers, just white cheese and a spoonful of dry beans which didn't even cover the chips. More money for less ingredients, go figure. Stay away from this del taco. And the whole back up thing when no one is in line is to keep thier order times down, because they are taking thier time, not busy. I'm surprised with all the bad reviews, corporate hasn't come and done something with this place!! The one on elder is a bit better.

I love Del Taco, I miss it in Chicago 😢 I was so happy when my friend suggested we go through the drive-thru when I mentioned I was hungry 🌮
Churros and fries were 10/10 so good! I ordered the street taco with no meat, got charged for for guac but it wasn’t included. It was also missing cilantro. That’s the only real disappointment of the visit. Great location and fast service, other than the ok taco, it was good…just with a side of disappointment 😕

Worst del taco I have ever been too . Went tonight around 11pm thru drive thru and ordered 3 chicken lover muncho meals and some cheesecake bites. I paid for the food and then was told to reverse backwards out of window view with no explanation and then told they would open the windows when order was ready. Waited over 10 minutes so I finally pulled back up to window and the workers were chatting and not making any orders . When they saw me they started working again and within 5 mins my food was ready al.ost 20 minutes after I placed my order. I asked the manager (FRANK) why the food took over 20 minutes and he replied very rudely that they are busy and I can complain if i want . It wasn't till I left that I realized food was wrong and the churros I was given were burnt to biscuits and the worst I ever had . I would stay away. Frank was very rude and unapologetic. I will never go back to that location it's so bad now and with people like frank in charge I'll pass . Raising cane's next door will be my go to now . Frank was awful

Stale taco shells accompanied by gross tasting beans. Lettuce on tostado was brown. Cheese tasted rotten with refrigerator taste. Hamburger was mediocre accompanied with cold fries. Dirty interior. Service was especially hostile, especially Maria, the assistant Mgr. Anthony who took our order seemed to have difficulty using the computer to write our order. Place was slow with just us there initially. Staff was harassing a guy having lunch and using their receptacle to charge his phone. I was just driving through but learned my lesson to NEVER stop here again. Pass on this deltaco location. Next time I'll try Taco Bell or anyplace else. They also use the handicapped parking for pick up orders so if you need the disabled parking, definitely go elsewhere. Store #773.

Went & ordered thru the drive thru my fries are under cooked parked went in. They just dipped my fries back in the fryer like I wouldn't notice. I'm very disappointed I'm home now. I don't live in town plus they didn't give me my recipet. Still undercooked
