I had a terrible experience at this Del Taco with Order #61. The burritos were ice cold within just ten minutes of arriving home. We requested the crew to add onions, but there were hardly any onions included. I ordered four burritos, and none of them had any flavor. Unfortunately, I had to throw them away.

The person who served me spoke Spanish. I asked for my order in Spanish. She told me she didn't speak Spanish. I pointed out what I wanted. She gave me what she wanted. She went with the other employees and spoke in Spanish.

Customer service is really bad they all do drugs or something in there they behave in that matter all slow and lazy and like they always make it hard on the customers, they always out of something and then they say it’s a super long wait for something you want and then they always saying they only accepting cash.This is one of the worst Del tacos they need to get new workers in their that do a way better professional job.

There has been better service the night crew with a young brunette manager.Or shift leader, she's pretty good, but the day grew.They act like they don't Care whether you are a customer or not.on the quality of food They should take it more seriously and make sure everything is fresh hot. If it's hot and cold with it's cool or you will lose business.
