There has been better service the night crew with a young brunette manager.Or shift leader, she's pretty good, but the day grew.They act like they don't Care whether you are a customer or not.on the quality of food They should take it more seriously and make sure everything is fresh hot. If it's hot and cold with it's cool or you will lose business.

I'm disappointed with this Del Taco. I ordered an 8 layer burrito. 3 bites into the burrito & the filling was coming out of the tortilla at both ends all over the place & no napkins were included with my order. The cashier & one of the other employees were more concerned with getting rid of me as a paying customer so they could continue on with their flirting & conversation. I won't be back to this Del Taco ever.

It's freezing inside and when I got my food my fries were almost cold I told the manager with red dyed hair she says they just came out I said is that the hottest they get she ignored me no customer service poor please work on your attitude...

Del Taco! What the!!!!! I got the "birria" tacos. And just "WTF" there was more tortilla then meat, there was more onion then meat. $15 for a meal that made me go next door to Wendy's to get food because I was still hungry!!!! Yall really outdid yourselves this time, charging more and the food quality and quantity has gone to s***
I came here at 4:40 on nov 25 to grab a quick bite as and I waited till 4:56 to get to the window and there was only one car in front. Idk what the delay was but no explanation or a sorry for delay was given. Instead the worker just told me my total, asked if I want any sauce. That's it no hi no sorry nothing. Very disappointing. I hope the management can get to this and improve their business.

Missing prices on the drive thru menu, We asked for lots of hot sauce and got zero, knocked on window three times before anyone acknowledged us. The birria was okay, but I don’t think I will try it again at the price they charge.

Stopped for fries at breakfast time and they gave me STALE fries and BURNT meat. The lady at the drive thru knew and made me another batch. When I asked her about it she said she didn't know. She didn't even even apologize.... they could have given the fries correctly but instead made me drive home and come back.To top it off they charged me fries that are supposed to have avocado, they charge me for it, didn't have any to put on it, didn't tell me and just said well there's nothing we can do about it. If you don't have everything to put on it and don't tell a customer isn't that considered stealing??? If I didn't have enough to pay for the order you wouldn't give it to me... how is this any different ????
