Terrible service the night crew is useless order food and they said there oil is cold its 12 at night on a Saturday and I can't even get e refund wont recommend

I got reminded real quick why I stopped coming to this location and usually go across town. Their big boxes are a hot stinking mess. I literally live 2 mins from this location and my fries were like cold sticks. The burrito was so skinny, the taco was tiny and looked suspicious. My soda was flat and flavorless, and the cheeseburger was GARBAGE! It had absolutely zero flavor, looked like it was previously made, and the ingredients were wilted. THE MEALS LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISED PICTURES AT ALL!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

The Cashiers who wear latex gloves DO NOT CHANGE THEM AFTER TOUCHING YOUR MONEY/CARD... They will take your money/card THEN grab your fries and put them in the bag along with the sauce... I seen this Mexican boy bring food outside to a driver, grabbing the DOOR HANDLES, and returning to back to the window to take orders AND DID NOT ONCE CHANGE HIS GLOVES OR WASH HIS HANDS. Putting his nasty gloves INTO THE FRIES CARTON before scooping up some fries. If my baby get sick I know EXACTLY WHERE I'M GOING🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Went through the drive through I ordered a large Chicken taco combo , bean and cheese cup ( which was a joke) and another large french fry. We checked the bag for items and we had to ask for the 2nd order of fries that were missing and our drink.

Still getting used to ordering at kiosk. I put my order in and waited to pay. They got mixed up and the guy just gave me my food. I told him I hadn't paid for it yet. He said ok. I had to wait another 7 minutes for clerk to take my payment.
I have the service 3 stars because I ordered 2 del combo burritos which is supposed to be 2 for 7 dollars but i was charged wrong. The cashier ended up charging me 4.79 plus tax for each burrito. So when I got up to drive tru window to pay I informed the cashier that I had been charged the wrong price. The cashier fixed the mistake but I am still frustrated by it because the next time I went to del taco I went to a different location and ordered the same thing and again the cashier charged me wrong by charging me 4.79 plus tax for each burrito instead of charging me the two del combo burritos deal 2 for $ 7. So this makes me wonder how many other times did the cashier charge me the wrong price. I say that because I usually order the 2 del combo burritos or del beef burritos which is supposed to be 2 for 7. Not only am I frustrated but I am also worried because if I am being charged the wrong price then how many other people are being charged the wrong price. And my other worry make me think is the cashier doing this purposely so the can pocket money or is it an honest mistake. I'm thinking it's done on purpose because it happened to me at 2 different locations. I plan to write into the local newspaper in Riverside, ca about this and emailing the local TV news station as well. . I would like to see corporate del taco do something about this. If there was 0 stars would would select it because I paid 27 bucks for small portions of food I only tasted the tortilla that lady that works there’s is very rude it was empty I’ve been going to Del taco for 20 years and this was the worst experience ever I do not recommend this place I wish I could get my money back.
