Ordered a large fry, paid for a large fry and received a small fry portion. The rest of my order (totaling $75+) had the same portioning issue, burritos were almost like taquitos…

Customer service here is horrible anytime you ask for hot sauce they are out. They forget half your order almost every visit. Save your money or drive a little further to a different one.

DON'T EVE DON'T EVER GO TO this Dell, TACO AGAIN. This is why
My order was wrong I had to drive back to this Del taco the employee snatched the bag from me I asked her why she did that she started arguing that she didn't didn't no apologize. I asked for a large, strawberry lemonade for the compensation. She told me no, that the drink was the most expensive drink they had but I can have a soda then she proceeded to go back and find my receipt REALLY then she proceeded to say, they don't do compensation there, after going around with her fine I'll give it to you this one time. She gave me a small one WOW I called back asked for the employee name. The lady who said she's the manager asked me why did I want her name I said I don't have to tell you We're not allowed to give out names anymore because employees are threatened, that's why we stop wearing name tags I said other employees had on name tags she said it had to be a manager I said ok let me talk to her or her name she REFUSED again but you said only managers can wear name tags so give me her name she REFUSED again we're in the same sentence. She says, I just got here I don't know what's going on. Okay, let me talk to the manager who was there she REFUSED again I drove back there the lady who was absolutely disrespectful and this manager rodriguez, she said her name was, arguing with me they all RUN into the back and left only 2 employes I said i need to speak with them employee and manager they said they all left which is a lie only one came out she had nothing to do with this my friend was in the car and I saw as well her leaving with a man driving off This was horrible treatment of a customer. I know, Del Taco doesn't want there employees to treat customers like this. Everything I'm saying is on there cameras. THIS took place ON 10/1/24 BETWEEN 10PM to11:30 PM
. Arguing, unapologetic acting like children hiding in the back, they stop answering their phone. They lied about everything I have never seen anything like this BLATANT LIES especially the name tagsTHAT THEY DON'T WEAR NAME TAGS ONLY MANAGERS. I CALLED SEVERAL. DEL TACOS AND A CORPORATE, CORPORATE CONFIRMED THEY WERE LYING

I work the night shift and typically get off work between 3 and 5am depending on my day. Th3 past 5 times I've stopped by on my way home and they always tell me their system is resetting and will be up at 4:30am. I've gone after 4:30am at least once already and still couldn't order. Why be 24hrs if you aren't open 24hrs a day? Never made sense to me. Just change your hours from 5am-3am. Or even better...just take my order since you're "open".

Worst customer service ever. Not only did I not got any napkins with my order but no receipt or anything for me to give you an order number.. I really think you guys need to train employees better on basic things. Sad part too is I felt forced to take the order even though my coupon wasn’t scanning that expired the same day. Never coming back here again.
