The donuts were so bad. Dry and stale which totally ruined them. The staff was so sweet and the store was clean but donuts and munchkins were a no go.

I saw about five employees and not one of them greeted me walking in….. Customer service there needs work. Donut trays were empty and the donuts I bought were very stale and dry, they also lack flavor. Donut options are on the low side. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PLACE.

I stopped by Dunkin because it was so hot and I needed a cold drink. Adriana, Lilly and Vanessa were amazing! They were so cheerful and my kids loved the funny accent they used when we ordered. My Blueberry breeze was well balanced and delicious.I got straight sweetner from another place but my drinks here are good. Thank you ladies!

I stopped by the Dunkin’ Donuts in Moreno Valley recently and had a great experience. I ordered their new Butter Pecan ice blended coffee and wow—it was really good! Smooth, sweet, and the butter pecan flavor really came through without being overpowering. Definitely a perfect pick-me-up.
I also grabbed a strawberry donut and a wrap. The donut was okay—not bad at all—but a little too bready for my taste. Still sweet and satisfying if you're craving something sugary. As for the wrap, just a heads-up: it comes out scalding hot! Be careful with that first bite. I actually let my car’s A/C cool off a few bites before diving in, and once it was at a good temp, it was totally worth it.
One thing I really appreciated was seeing the staff let a homeless man stay inside to enjoy the air conditioning. That small act of kindness says a lot about their character. The staff overall was friendly—nothing fake or over-the-top—just real, down-to-earth people doing their jobs and doing them well.
Food and drinks came out pretty quickly. Once your order’s ready, they place it on a pink stand and call your name—nice little touch!
If you're craving breakfast in the afternoon, need a caffeine boost, or just have a sweet tooth, this Dunkin’ is definitely worth checking out.
