I stop by today the 30th of October at around 3:20pm and it was close from the dining and also drive thru... lights where off and I was walking to my car when I look back and I saw a girl standing there by the register probably they where short stuff.... so sad

If I could give them a ZEROOOOO star I would . This place it’s HORRIBLE. The service sucks they are so slow . THE DONUTS were old looking and when they have a holiday promo they are always out or sold out when it hasn’t even been a day . I will never come to this place again ,. WE NEED KRISPY KREME DONUTS TO REPLACE THISPLACE .

Me and my family were yelled at and discriminated against for asking if our number had already been called. What an uncomfortable and disgusting service we got. A younger heavy built short mexican guy in there with glasses was so rude screaming at us saying " we are short of staff you have to wait like everyone else" we were only asking if pur number had been called !!!! We didnt mind waiting lol. Disturbed staff, please do better dunkin

The black girl with long eyelashes and her nails done has terrible customer service every time I get her she sounds so miserable and rude ! Every single time . If you hate ur job then work somewhere else ? Don’t take it out on customers. Whenever she messes up my order she gets mad and makes faces and comments behind the window if I tell her to fix it .
