I absolutely love having a dunkin' in Moreno Valley. I love the hot Chai, the blueberry donut, and the sour cream.Always soft and fresh, no complaints from me. All the employees are very nice as well. I love donuts.
I love their coffee more than Starbucks, and it is so rich and flavorful. The only downside is their cold foam. It does not stand up well to Starbucks, but everything else is much better. The app has way more options as well. Like with the bagels, I can have them toasted dark, which I love. Plus, with stuffed mini bagels, you can not go wrong with this menu. Regarding customer service, it is pretty good if you have a mobile order in the drive-thru, though everyone always sounds...
My first time here at this location. Stopped by in the morning for a iced coffee and I believe her name is Nate, great customer service! Recommend me a cinnamon roll warmed up and it was delicious. She is the reason I’ll keep coming
