The wait in the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. 45-1 hr in the drive thru is insane. The drinks aren't even that great, they are a bit watered down and too sweet. They are way overpriced for the service and quality of the drinks.
Woke up super early to check out Moval location because they would be in the busiest street ever. The baristas were nice when they took our order. I had the candy cane latte and my friend had the golden eagle latte. We were number 7 so I'm guessing we were the seventh car today. Hopefully their quality doesn't go down when I return one day.

Waited 25 minutes for an order, people who ordered after me were getting their drinks. Had to ask why it was taking so long only to wait 10 more minutes to get my drink. Employee did not seem concerned at all about it.

Ordered at the drive thru ordered 2 iced golden eagles guy repeated what I ordered and charged me pulled up to the window and they were handing me something different when I told her what I ordered she said they will make the ice coffees quick proceeded to talk to her co worker saying I must of changed my mind after I ordered and started talking shit thinking the fan probably blocked out her voice and then when she handed me my drinks guess what I got hot coffees no lie gotta be some type of special to repreat my order to me twice and still get it wrong I dumped them and just went to Starbucks not the 1st time as I'm reading the other reviews even though it's new they will lose business if it doesn't change I know they lost mine and it was my first time here

i did a mobile order around 230pm, so my cousin and i drove there around 15 minutes, there wasnt any sign that says mobile orders or people that're ordering cuz there's only 1 line (on the right side of the window)... and there were actually 4 people ahead of us, if we only knew the mobile orders are to the left side from the window, we would've checked in, instead our orders werent even made!! so what was the mobile order for?? they need to learn the strategy of in-n-out.. and goodness the line is crazy!!
i did came here around 9am and there was no line, i guess you just gotta go early. but overall, i like my cookie butter latte!

This particular location has been open for less than a month so it is still extremely busy. I was super hyped about it opening, but my drink was just...ok it was the seasonal pumpkin brule breve. I was bummed that the caramel flavor completely overwhelms the pumpkin.
One of the biggest problems is ordering ahead in the app. I'm pretty sure the" broista" does not start making your order until you check in . The first time I had a drink there someone bought it for me so I can't speak on that experience, but when I ordered 2 drinks around 10:40 the app told me 15- 20 minutes. That's fine. I came in at 11 and had to stand in the check in line- THEN I had to wait for my drinks. I waited 25 minutes. Altogether it took 45 minutes for 2 drinks.
I realize that it's still very busy because it's a new location so I will go back in a few months and hopefully I can give a positive update .

I just ordered two cups of golden eagles and they don’t taste good at all just straight up milk !!! Spending almost 20 dollars with top for two cups of milk, very watered down it does not taste like golden eagle at all! Don’t go to this location
Bad location I wish they should open a bigger place with indoor seating. There is only one way in and out

I really wanted to like this, but I'm not the biggest fan ^^;
It might just be a the case that this location is VERY new (as of this review they've been open for 1 month), and the disorganization in very obvious. The workers are all very kind-hearted and have super friendly attitudes, but the amount of customers is hard to manage when you've been working a service job for a while, let alone when you're still developing a flow. But the disorganization puts all the customers in a bad mood as we wait outside for our order to be called (maybe with our name, maybe with the drink type) in a somewhat arbitrary order.
I ordered ahead on the app to redeem my free medium drink, and ordered a medium protein mocha latte with caramel drizzle. There's no point in ordering ahead tho unless you have a large order that would be bothersome to repeat. You have to check in at the window before they start making the drink, and there's no option for drive-thu pick up as of now. The app said I'd have to wait 10 minutes for the drink to be made, I arrived and had to check in and wait an additional 30 minutes, and received my drink incorrectly (no caramel) and mainly tasting of milk, I didn't have the heart to ask for it to be fixed, so I just took it along with the L.
If you love customized drinks regularly, I highly recommend just making your own at home (the materials on Amazon and Walmart would ultimately turn out cheaper). If your out and wanting a special drink treat with company, I'm sure might not be a bad option either in other locations or here after some more time has passed, but for me personally it's not worth it to return and pay full price for a drink.

I really was hoping to love it but after 2 attempts they failed me twice. It’s just not giving the Dutch bros experience at all. Placing the order was the only good interaction with good customer service but once u get near the front of the line they rush you outta there so quickly u don’t even realize ur done. The girl rushes towards me to hand over my drink quickly blurs out letters?? before I can say anything, she’s already running away from me. The issue with that is that I payed for an extra shot and also had no clue what those letters meant!? Because I’m not an employee I’m a customer. So I had no clue if the drink she handed over was the correct drink but one thing I did know is it did not have my extra shot because I got a cup of milk. I not only over payed for my drink to be incorrect but I also couldn’t go back to have them make it right because I had to leave for work. This was my second experience at that very same location the first experience was just as bad or worst. Look at the picture and tell me if that looks like an added shot??
