The taco dorado de birria/res is bomb. The flavor of the meat is perfect. Well seasoned and not salty. The broth is out of this world! I literally would take a sip from the cup with every bite. Lol. I'm not one to drown my food so this worked for me. Their Salsa is very spicy just a little bit adds that little kick that makes it so much more flavorful. Love love these tacos!! Delicious birria. I've tried the beef and goat versions and both are the best I've had from a restaurant. I've tried the birria in bowls as well as in tacos, the quesadilla tacos, burrito and mulitas. The burrito was OMG WOW! The salsa is really spicy which I like. Eat the salsa with caution if you don't like spicy. The restaurant itself appeared clean. Customer service I received here was good as well. So I had a random craving for some birria tacos and found this hole in the wall spot and all i can say is AMAZING. The customer service is awesome, my spanish isn't the best but it didnt bother the employees one bit. I ordered 5 tacos (I wanted to save some for later) but ended up eating all of them and i had delicious caldo to dip them in. I will definitely be returning support your local businesses!
