The ramen is hot, rich in flavor, and has lots of goodies, with the broth being amazing. Specific favorites include the ramen combo, Tokyo Tantanmen, and the Aka Tonkotsu, which is very flavorful. The noodles have the perfect chew. Sushi and sashimi are also great, with super fresh fish, tasty rice, and creative rolls. The Gyoza and Okonomiyaki with baked scallops are highly recommended dishes. A nice touch is the whole egg in the ramen without an extra charge.
