Hi here Sigma Reviewerđż Ok first of all. THERE IS A FREAKIN FRY ON THE TABLE!! AND SECOND OF ALL. there is skinny toe on my TACO?!? AND THIRD OF ALL!... people ARE NOT MOTIVATED, u can tell they're kinda emo. But yeh my meat on my taco is dry like my toenails. And it's cold that my toes shrinking.

Ordered double chicken tostada. Food did not reach top of tostada bowl. Counted 8 pieces of chicken, one slice of avocado tablespoon of beans and rice. The dressing was very watery. Quality substandard from my last order in May 2025. I will not be returning.
Absolutely horrible ,chicken was burnt. Do better El pollo loco. Whoever served it to me knew it and served it anyway. From now on Juan Pollo it is, they would never.... .

Went to the drive-through. I am originally from OC and moved to the East Coast and always raved about El Pollo Loco to the guys back there. That their rotisserie chicken has nothing to EPL coz ours was the best! But when I got back and ordered here, I was disappointed. I thought, maybe it was just a one-off. So I tried again, and again. It was the same: Dry and the chicken seemed over a day old and it has gotten smaller. The staff were also inattentive. They were so very unprofessional as well. I stopped going even if they were just a few minutes from me, I would rather drive to Juan Pollo and get the better chicken and better service driving the distance.
