It was great and the staff were extremely nice!

This was our first visit, and my husband is a big fan of Boba tea. He suggested a four star rating because of the reasonable prices and selection. The only reason that we did not give five stars is that he felt the boba is a little tough. That said, he would definitely come back!

Got 4 drinks today even with a discount paid 20 bucks.. the girl in the front was so sweet and had great customer service however, the drinks itself was so terrible probably the worst boba I had super sweet, pretty warm drinks even with ice & the boba also harden so fast makes me sad bc I was finally excited a boba spot opened near me. Hopefully they get better overtime... pretty disappointed

Journeyed over to the Perris Pavilion Food Court for lunch and noted that a new establishment had opened. Quickly Visited the Fine Cha Cha facility. This new facility officially opened on 04 December 2021 and is the newest eatery to open at the Pavilion Food Court. This small establishment caters to drink and Shave Ice. There menu consists of Milk Tea, Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Thai Tea and Flavored Tea (either black or green). Each tea is unique and has a distinctive taste and look. If you are interested in Flavored Teas, you have eleven assorted flavors to choose from ranging from Cantaloupe to Kiwi. Each flavor is different and enhances the tea. Regular Boba, Mini Boba, Pudding, Coffee Jelly, Rainbow Jelly, Lychee-Coconut Jelly, Passion Fruit Pearls, Red Bean and Grass Jelly are available for add-in if you want to “spice” up your drink. Be aware that some of these add-ins are loaded with sugar and will raise your blood sugar level. Teas range in price from $4.25 to $4.75 and $0.65 for each add in. Shave Ice which includes brown sugar caramel and your chose of two toppings cost $5.99. Eighteen different topping are currently listed on the menu. Unfortunately, the Shave Ice will not be available until the Spring of 2022. Snacks consisting of Popcorn Chicken and Waffle Fries will join the menu in March 2022. The quality of their drinks is great, but their customer service was impressive, Jacqueline and her team of seven are very friendly and go out of their way to answer your questions and provide suggestion on the different drinks. This establishment is a terrific addition to the Perris Pavilion Food Court and to Moreno Valley. If you enjoy teas, recommend visiting this establishment.
