I heard so many things about how good the food is. I traveled 30 minutes to see what the hype was about. The customer service was great . I placed my order and waited about 20 minutes to get my food. I must say I was very disappointed from the time I left the counter to get in my car my steak fries wasn't hot the fries were old and the steak meat was old dried out meat. The pepper wings not hot at all and it was dry. I had my daughter and Fiance in the parking lot with me.i asked both of them to try it first respomce was don't eat here again second response my daughter throw up the stale old steak fries. That was confirmation to never go back there again If your going to make customer wait that long the food should be fresh and hot. Not

This place is located in the PERRIS PAVILION FOOD COURT. Right by the main entrance. Selections are made to order. They have a vast selection of Hot Dogs, Loaded Fries, Tacos, Po Boys & a dessert menu (kids menu too), . The combinations are tasty. Various discounts on certain days of the week for selected items. The junkyard fries were a little light on the pastrami but still tasty. Hot dogs were good. Canned beverages are served. No complimentary water only bottled. Seating is very limited close to them. Additional seating is available towards the back where addtional shops are. They give you an electronic transponder that goes off when your order is ready. Public restrooms are available in the back. Parking is a little tight close to the food court. No handicap parking was visible anywhere. A sloped loading ramp in front for accessibility. The staff was friendly and helpful with item selections.

I just left this place 20 minutes ago. First of all, customer service is wonderful! Everyone was very nice and me and my husband could instantly tell they're VERY FAMILY ORIENTED. Now as for the food, you don't see a picture of the food because it was THAT GOOD. Best fry place out there. I forgot to take a picture it was so delicious! Y'all have got life long customers. We had the loaded potato fries and the chicken Alfredo fries. A+

This place was a pleasant surprise, everything is made to order so wait time is a little long (20+ min) but definitely worth it. Chicken fries were hot delicious and not too greasy. Will be returning to try more
