IHOP is a very good restaurant. Although the food is chain restaurant food, it is at the higher end of this style. My wife and I will continue to return often because we eat the low cost faves items, which are tasty and very inexpensive.

The ladies that work at this location are exceptional. Very sweet, attentive (without being overbearing), and all around kind women. It's a chain, so the food is what you've come to expect. They're consistent, and the ladies here went above and beyond both times I visited. I will be back in the future.

All I ordered was pancakes and chicken tenders and I sat there for 45 minutes with nothing but coffee. I just got up and walked out. You guys suck you wasted my time. Thanks for the free coffee, but you could offer these endless pancakes to a crazy person because no one‘s going to get them and be happy after waiting this long.

Diningroom half full, good service, expensive omelette had half the amount of cheese I would expect, had a Denver Omelette, ham and cheese but very little cheese, served barely warm, loved the coffee and half and half, was happy it was hot the whole meal.

This is the best IHOP I have been to in awhile! Considering IHOPs are going down hill, however, here, our food was hot, quick and delicious. Negatives: waitress had to be asked and reminded a few times and there were several tables that hadn't been cleaned up. This could just be short staffing, but still a problem.

Today my mom and I went to the IHOP the hot chocolate was most liquid less tasty flavor too expensive I order 2 sides of gluten friendly pancakes and sides of eggs pancakes cost $15.29 and my mom ordered chicken quesadilla it cost $18.29!!!! Too expensive; we decided not more come to IHOP not good too expensive, Denny’s has a sales and less cost

My wife and I love IHOP. On this occasion, they were understaffed. They only had two servers, and the place was packed due to HS graduation all over the city. We were seated and told that due to limited staff, it would take 20 minutes or so to even have our orders taken. The only issue i had with being there for 1.3 hours was that no one ever addressed us or returned to say anything, you no follow up. So I really can't or feel I would be able to provide a fair response. Sorry
